Every visit to Santorini includes a dinner in Selene Restaurant. Although the expectations are higher every year we have never been deceived. Comes may, begins the tension to see what the new menu will bring. It is simply amazing how they manage to find a high skilled chef every year. This year ouyr minds were blown away by the octopus (starter) and the pigeon (main). With the selected wine (by the glass) a perfect match ! As for desert : their interpretaion of 'cake' - that's the simple description on the menu- proves how much research is invested in this restaurant.
Small portions, utterly high in taste, visually very attractive, a story to every wine on the elaborate list, worth every euro...
