Went there for a Sunday evening meal. It was quiet when we arrived and the welcome was warm and very Welsh. Lack of cask bitter was a bit of a shame but there was a good selection of beers. It was very quiet that night but it's clearly a "local".
Food was fine - simple menu, no frills - but that's all you want sometimes. Nicely cooked veg and chips complemented the the excellently good Gammon that I had.
Don't understand why we haven't been here before - but it will be a regular stop now.
