Called in for Sunday lunch and was very disappointed with the portion of pork on my dinner and the veg in my opinion was barely sufficient for one person, which in reality was meant for the both of us. The dinner comes with one average size Yorkshire pudding but you can have more at a price. We then finished off with sticky toffee puddings that were quite tasty although again a little over priced at £4.95 each. The dinners to be honest were very tasty but just a bit tight on the portions at just shy of £10 each. The chef (Pete Zulu) is a very talented chef and a pleasant person as we have met him personally in the past. Although this wasn,t the best Sunday lunch that we have ever had overall it would not put us off eating there again, although probably on an evening in future. I might just mention that when the bill came there was a 10% surcharge added to the bill which raises my heckles as I normally tip anyway but prefer the choice to be mine!
