Beautiful cottage situated in a lovely part of the world. Close by House of Bruar, Pitlochry, and Aviemore. Such an amazing find. Relax and chill out in the cosy, well furnished living room. The wood stove is a great addition and watching the deer only 150 yards from your front door is incredible. Lots of beautiful walks by the Lochs and Mountains makes you feel you have stepped out into your own little world, so peaceful and tranquil. Perfect for dogs and enclosed, private garden keeps your pet safe. The hot tub is amazing and chilling out, watching the stars is incredible.
The Cottage has everything you could want and more. The decor is luxurious, spotlessly clean, power shower and comfy beds is all you could wish for.
This is my 5th time and just keeps getting better, would highly recommend.
I rarely review places 5 stars but 2 Station Cottage deserves it! Dalwhinnie is a small village but not too far to Aviemore so great for seeing the highlands of Scotland or a relaxing get away. The cottage itself has been decorated beautifully, I love the Highland cow pictures! It's great to sit in front of the fire watching tv on the sofa watching the snow fall outside! It has all the amenities (and more) that you would ever need in a holiday home and I would certainly recommend to anyone to visit.
Fantastic location excellent accommodation.Secure garden for dogs, great jumping of point to see the highlands.warm and cosy loved our week there.Susan and David very friendly and helpful. Defiantly go back.
Just back from a very relaxing break at 2 station cottage. Situated in the small village of dalwhinnie you are surrounded by fantastic countryside. The cottage itself is presented to a high standard with high end fixtures and fittings. The log burner to the bottles of malt just oozes class throw the hot tub into the mix and you have your own little bit of heaven. This place is ideal for everyone whether you fancy long walks or just want peace and quiet there is something close for everybody. We will be back next year
Stunning Wee house with everything you could need and so much more. The veiws are breath taking from the frount of the house to the back. The house is very welcoming and the log burning stove just makes you feel so chilled out. The beds are so comfy that my husband had the best ever sleeps. The Hot Tub in the back garden well what can i say FANTASTIC sitting watching the mountains and the rabbits in the feild next to the house was stunning. Its a must to lye in bed and just watch the stars at night or watch the sun risinging over the mountains AMAZING The house was always warm and the decor is so very Scottish and inviting well worth a Holiday or Break away to 2 Station Cottage i would recommend 1000% to anyone
We stayed that 2 station cottage for 3 nights in March this year and had a lovely time. The cottage is clean, fresh and has everything you need for your stay. There’s plenty to do nearby for those who want to explore the nice walks (you can even take your fur baby with you) but the best part has to be the hot tub in the garden with beautiful views. When you’re done in the hot tub what better way to dry off and keep cosy than in front of the log burner. I cannot wait to go back again. Thanks Mrs M for allowing us to visit.
The location is a very small village with a garage, hotel and a distillery. The area is fantastic only a short drive gets you to a ski resort, horse riding, golf, fishing I could go on and on. Plenty good eating places not too expensive. The house is everything and more that you would want, very clean, very comfortable, plenty hot water.
Icing on the cake for us was the hot tub, the views are phenomenal and at night the stars glisten like diamonds.
I would like to keep this house a secret as I am sure it will book up too quick for my liking.
