“Lovely apartment less than 10 minute walk to the sea”

Me and my husband stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks in December. I can't recommend it highly enough, it was immaculate, well equipped and right in the centre of the village.
You can easily walk to Barton along the sea, which is a bit less than 4 miles away.
The owners are fantastic and very helpful, thank you Pam for our lovely stay.

“Fabulous apartment in a great village!”

Little Egret is a really well equipped and comfortable apartment and we had a brilliant stay. There are some great local walks straight from the front door and the Forest is easily accessible as well. The weather was turning autumnal during our visit but the flat was a really snug place to come back and relax in the evening. The local pubs are great too and we would recommend The Cave wine bar and the Gun Inn (Keyhaven) to any future visitors!

Little Egret proved to be an absolute gem. The property was wonderfully equipped, absolutely spotless and is a credit to the owners, who proved to be very friendly and helpful. The welcome tray, which included brioche rolls, biscuits, tea and coffee was a very nice touch. We would recommend this delightful one bedroom apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the heart of The New Forest. A+++++

We had a really lovely stay at Milford on Sea, what a relaxing place. The apartment was lovely, clean and all the facilities required and beautifully furnished. The little touches left by the owners were very welcome. The location of the apartment couldn't be better, with local restaurants and pubs on the door step and of very good standard. Some lovely walks nearby and only a short walk to the sea front. What a wonderful place to live!

“High class”
Reviewed September 11, 2013 for a stay in September 2013

A great few days stay in this smart apartment. The owners have furnished and equipped the apartment to a very high standard and really made us feel welcome with extra little touches like milk in the fridge and local marmalade and croissants for our breakfast.
For a village Milford on Sea has a lot to offer too with lots of choice for eating, a good Indian takeaway and just about the best wine bar we've been in at The Cave. All this within very close range of the apartment. Lovely beach and a good walk to Hurst Castle along the shingle spit.

“Wonderfully equipped with an excellent location”
Reviewed September 3, 2013 for a stay in August 2013

We have just enjoyed a wonderful short break at Little Egret and are already thinking about next year! This is the best equipped self catering accommodation that we have stayed in. The welcome tray was a lovely touch. Its in a perfect location in the village and only a short walk to the beach. Its also a perfect base for exploring this beautiful coastline. Fish and chips from the village were excellent, wished we'd managed to try more of the local eateries! Thank you for a lovely break.
