Description: Here at Toby, we believe there's only one way to do our beloved Great British roast - and that's properly. So that's what you'll find at all of our carvery restaurants - great value Sunday roast dinners made the way they should be. Every day, your nearest Toby Carvery restaurant lays on a family-sized feast of tender, slow-cooked meats, eight lots of veg including crispy, ruffled roasties and all the trimmings. So you can enjoy your favourite carvery meal just the way you like it, whenever you like it at great value. You'll find lots more on offer, such as tasty specials, all-you-can-eat breakfasts and even comfy accommodation at some of our restaurants. Children will find plenty to choose from on our family friendly roast dinner menus too. Our meat is UK sourced, farm assured from grass-fed or free range farms that meet Red Tractor standards.

“Great Value, Just avoid Sunday's”
Reviewed January 1, 2013

As this is local to us, my wife & I often take our two young daughters here, as fortunately they really love their meat and veg & really can't fault the midweek £5.99 deal, even better value given it's half price for kids, particularly the amount mine munch their way through !
It can get really busy at times & as a result the queues can be a pain, but as a rule it's ok during the week. Sunday's however are a different story, they hike up the price considerably, the queues are constant, not to be advised if you have to queue twice, once for the children and then for your own meal. Also the quality of the veg is nowhere near as good, half cooked roasted, parsnips, you get the picture. Overall, perfect before 5ish on a weekday, but avoid like the plague on a Sunday.

“Toby Carvery”
Reviewed December 29, 2012

We have eaten at the Toby Carvery in Old Windsor twice over the last few weeks and although our experience was not a bad one, I have to say that the rations of meat were, in my opinion, miserly. Plenty of veg, etc., and the restaurant is "family friendly", it does not at this time, due to the poor portions of meat, present good value for money.

“Good Food - Excellent Value!”
Reviewed November 20, 2012

We have visited the Toby Carvery in Old Windsor a few times and each time it has been a pleasure. Selection of four different meats and as much vegetables as you like. You can even have a slice of each meat on offer. The quality of the meat is excellent and a good selection of vegetables. The desert menu is great and I can thoroughly recommend the Hot Chocolate Fudge Cake with Ice Cream or the Apple Crumble and Custard! At £5.99 for the carvery and £1 off any desert this is excellent value.

“Excellent breakfast - have been twice recently”
Reviewed November 5, 2012

Visited this one twice in Oct 2012, once solo and once with wife. Both times food was very good, though the second time there was no black pudding visible, and nobody to ask - apparently there was a fault with the coffee machine. Coffee refills were however available at the bar.
