“Nice Sunday lunch”
Reviewed January 31, 2013

Had Sunday lunch there a couple of weeks ago. Food was good and hot and the variation of vegetables on the plate made it look as good as it tasted. The colours were lovely. The staff were very attentive but not in your face and as it was so very busy our waiter, a lovely chap called Benito, kept us informed all of the time.
Sited by the River Ver it has the added attraction of being able to see trout in the river and the the different types of ducks. Even if you don't go there for dinner it is a lovely place to go for a drink. Just be careful of the uneven floors, but to be expected in an old mill.
Yes we to have joined the reward scheme a must if you eat there regularly.

“Great value for money....”
Reviewed January 28, 2013

Moor Mill is a lovely old mill building right next to the M25. It's probably not an ideal layout for a restaurant as the building dictates compromises.

We found the staff to be lovely and the service good, attentive but not rushed. There are often deals to be had, so worth a quick search before going.

We had the ribs for main, which were lovely, The starters were not quite such a good standard, but the desserts are enormous and very nice. We are not talking gourmet food, as you would expect from a Beefeater, but it is nicely cooked and incredibly good value for money. Great for an inexpensive casual meal.

“Very good local”
Reviewed January 27, 2013

Have been here to eat many times with my husband, friends and a large family gathering, food is very good standard for a Beefeater grill, staff are very friendly and helpful, don't rush you and keep a distance whilst checking you want for nothing. The Reward scheme is also worth joining if you use it regularly which we do. Definitely recommend.

“Love it or hate it!”
Reviewed January 23, 2013

we've visited many times, as its so near to our home. Usually good food, most are lovely staff and friendly. Love the booths, which we generally ask for when booking. They have a system where you can hold a Beefeater Loyalty card and gain points against your visits and they will notify you when offers are on etc. Also they send or email 50/30% vouchers or other BOG'off when they have them. Great starters and generally good value for money! Mixed Grills are good value, though generally too much for my little tummy! I find the burgers excellent although they dont cook how you want, just well done, which is probably safer! Insist on steaks being cook AS YOU WANT, and dont accept if you are not happy. Great Onion Rings!
Also has small Lodge attached if you want to stay though dont know anything about that....
