“Comfortable, clean and pet friendly”
Reviewed June 1, 2015 for a stay in May 2015

Enjoyable few nights spent here with our 3 children and dog whilst visiting nearby relatives. Owner greeted us on arrival and showed us round. Nice walk down the lane with the dog. Appreciated having Wi-Fi, TVs etc. Very clean and comfortable. Nice little enclosed garden - not used for sitting out in unfortunately as weather not warm enough but good for dog. Also nice to have the wood burning stove.

“Everything included”
Reviewed May 17, 2015 for a stay in May 2015

We have spent a week at Eastlee with our dog, Ellie having looked for somewhere 'dog friendly' in the St. Annes area with a garden. Eastlee fulfilled our expectations. It had everything which we needed, was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The welcome pack of groceries meant that we did not have to go shopping as soon as we had arrived and the dog toy kept Ellie amused whilst we unpacked and for many days afterwards.
A nice touch was the biscuit bone for her which she really enjoyed.
Carol was friendly but not intrusive and came to our rescue when we need to print an eTicket.
The garden was secure, well tended and private but we were not able to enjoy siting outside due to strong winds all week.
The location is very convenient for travelling round the area with the M55 being only a stones throw away but this was also a disadvantage as the roar of traffic at rush hour could still be heard inside with the windows and doors closed despite the double glazing. No doubt to the locals it becomes background noise after a while.
We enjoyed walks down Bradshaw Lane and would recommend the café at Whitmore Fisheries (fishing lakes) open all year round and only a miles stroll but dogs are not allowed there. Dog walking along the A585 Fleetwood Road was hazardous due to the speeding traffic so best avoided. Best places for dog walking were St.Anne's beach, miles of sand, and the promenade and sandhills at Lytham. The Beach Café at Fairhaven Road car park in St Anne's has outdoor seating as does the one at the Lowther Pavillion in the Lowther Gardens Lytham.
The information folder provided by Carol was very useful for local knowledge and also a supply of brochures available for attractions in the area.

“Outstanding holiday cottage”

We would highly recommend Eastlee to anyone. Two adults and two greyhounds, Betty and Dolly, stayed here very comfortably for 4 weeks in Feb.
The cottage was immaculate throughout and was cleaned weekly, including fresh bedding and towels. The bed and bed settee were very comfortable and the shower was fantastic!
There's a cracking little log burner and we were supplied with enough logs to last us each week!
Fully equipped kitchen, even a food mixer which came in handy for Pancake Tuesday!
The lovely secure garden was perfect for our dogs.
The owners, Carol and Lee, were lovely, unobtrusive but very helpful -you only had to ask if you needed anything, nothing was too much trouble.
Lovely little touches like the welcome pack, wine and cupcakes on valentines, extra mats and much more made our stay feel relaxed and home from home!
Wonderful, would definetly book again!

“Warm and welcoming”
Reviewed October 30, 2014 for a stay in October 2014

The accommodation was lovely, bright, airy and very spacious. It was very clean and contained all the essentials fro the stay. The welcome pack consisting of milk, butter, bread, tea, coffee, sugar etc was a very welcoming touch and much appreciated.

Everything was very easy and efficient, nothing was too much trouble for Carol,I can't fault it in any way. It felt very luxurious and therefore it was a very relaxing couple of days with everything we needed.

I would highly recommend this property, we booked a long weekend and took our 2 springer spaniels with us.
Upon arrival, there was a welcome pack waiting for us with the essentials... bread, milk, jam, tea, coffee and even treats for the dogs!
The accommodation is spotless and furnished to a superb standard, the location is secluded and great for dog walking but close enough (10 minute drive) if you want the hustle and bustle of Blackpool.
We will definitely be returning. A big thank you to Carol for making this a home from home!
