Hired the emerald cottage which sleeps six people. It was fantastic had everything you needed.
Spotless clean and very comfortable beds. The park itself was just great, plenty to do. Both swimming pools were excellent with zacuzzis, the restaurant was great we had a lovely meal there and very enjoyable. There is something to suit everyone. Some of the log cabins which sleep 8 have hot tubs. If you are looking for agreat chill out Ribby Hall is the place to go.

Room Tip: Can't think of any tips as the park and accommodation was great. Everyone very friendly and hel...

first of all there is no parking out side the motel just a drop off point. The room we had was fine for the purpose but was told would only be allowed 1 toilet roll and no more milk if we wanted more would have to buy our own. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on and the pillows were not very comfortable either. I would also like to that the food was expensive as well as the drinks. Although the motel was not the best to stay in the facilities on site were great

Room Tip: if you want luxury stay at the Hotel

Thank you for your review and we are sorry that you feel disappointed with your stay.

We apologise as it does appear that you were miss-informed on this occasion, and we do indeed provide extra toiletries for the guests of The Motel. We pride ourselves on our 5-star service so please rest assured that all of our front of house team have been reminded of this.

We hope to welcome you back to The Village again soon.

Kind Regards

The accomadation is fantastic as for the availability of getting something to eat forget it, the size of the grill in the bar is a joke for the size of the complex and also they refuse to walk an extra 5 steps further to bring it in to the bar area. You can only eat if you book a table which is virtually impossible to do. Your only other option is to go to papa johns which you cannot eat in the bar even though it is part of the complex and you need a bank loan to eat from there!!! I will not be returning here again this is my 4th trip and my last.

Dear Cheryl, thanks for your review and we are sorry that you feel this way about your stay. We have a wide variety of eateries on The Village in addition to The Bar & Grill, including The Restaurant, The Lavender Tearoom, Papa John’s, Starbucks and The Island which all cater for families, however we do understand that in peak periods they can get busy. The Bar and Grill work hard to cater for the demand of The Village, however they are limited to the number of guests they can cater for at any one given time. It’s because of this reason that we do encourage guests to make meal reservations in advance of their stay, to avoid disappointment.

Kind Regards

We had a family reunion, and booked a cottage with three bedrooms. We were really pleasantly surprised at all the facilities, and enjoyed ourselves immensely.
The cottage was well appointed, clean and good value.
The food in the tea room was good; the dinners in the grill was excellent, the laundromat clean and inexpensive, the shop well stocked, and the family activities, (which we didn't use, being three couples) looked all encompassing.
I woudl highly recommend the village.

First time visited Ribby with family. We had a really great time and stayed in the Poppy accomodation which was spacious and clean. The Wi-Fi worked for us as well.
It had everything for self catering that we needed.
The food at the restaurant on site was lovely and we had a geat delicious meal there.
Tip : Book the restaurant prior to arriving at Ribby if you want to eat on your arrival night as all food places were fully booked until late at night.
For a day out we also got take out food from the Lavender Tea rooms which was great.
The pool and sport facilities were great and the walk trail was good for our 12 year old and was being extended when we were there.
Harrison bar for live football was great too and no children allowed in there.Children can go in the Bar and Grill.
We did a day out to Blackpool Zoo and it was handy to visit from the site.
There's not as much to do as center Parcs at Ribby but it's not as costly and we had a great time.
