Groupon afternoon tea and spa treatment deal.... Sixty quid wasted...worst massage I have ever experienced and I have had a lot, worst management of spa and tea... Afternoon tea served between 4pm to 6pm so treatment planned for 4.20pm & 5pm!!!! Nothing like a relaxing afternoon.. NOT.
DO NOT waste your money I highly recommend you do NOT go there

Stayed here for 2 nights in May and had very poor service in restaurant at dinner and the food wasn't very good either. At breakfast we were given tea & coffeee but not asked if we would like more or more toast or anything off the cooked menu. The staff were most unwelcoming. The bed was hard and we didn't sleep well and I agree with other reviews that the spa is in need of up-dating. We complained to duty manager who didn't seem to want to take any positive action. After posting a review on their website we were sent a cheque for $70 which would cost most of this to pay in to our account and would also take a month. Why send a cheque in dollars when we live in England and stayed at an English hotel?

Spa area in the Ramada Hotel Farnham is dated and needs modernisation. Steep stairs down to the pool area, small pool, small smelly steam room. Changing rooms need to be cleaned better.

What can I say..... Totally disappointed!!!

Facilities very very tired.

You could hardly call it a Spa... Not in this day and age. Feels like a local baths!

Broken windows, showers not working, ladders left out, men at work sign on ladies changing room!
Steps into pool need fixing, just generally ropey.. Feel cheated.

Lunch was very expensive and unwelcoming. Not even a hello from the waiter ... Just this is your budget anything over you have to pay for... He was totally miserable and very slow!!!

Diva ... Your only saving grace is your therapists who were professional and very sweet!! All I can say to them is get out and go work for a proper Spa where you can be proud of where you work!!

Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!
