After visiting The Bow Window several times and strolling across a negative review I thought I would share my experiences.
This gorgeous coffee shop/wine bar based in Lenham square is definitely a 'must do' from the staff down to the food.
During the day there is a variety of different sandwiches, paninis, jacket potatoes, cakes and plenty more. Everything is very fairly priced as the ingredients used are always fresh and made to order. (You must try the milkshakes, they are to die for, made with ice cream containing real fruit)
In the evening The Bow Window turns into a wine/tapas bar and is just as good as it is during the day. They have a selection of spirits and wines and the staff are more than happy to help you chose from the large selection. Each week the Tapas board changes but they always list on the Facebook page what's going to be on there. It is such a great atmosphere with music playing in every room. The food is all very good, some of the best Tapas I've had.
The staff can not do enough for you. Sarah, Emma and the rest of the girls are lovely and will always make sure you have the best time.
I also booked an afternoon tea for my mums birthday and Sarah made the Soho room look beautiful, there were 9 of us and had the room to ourselves. The food was the best I've had in an afternoon tea and was plenty of it.
I can't wait to visit for one of the theme nights that they put on, I've heard they are amazing and great value for money!
See you all soon so I can sit and enjoy this weather in the garden!
