“Great afternoon”

Took part in the dog show here back In May. The weather was lovely and the whole day enjoyable. I live local to the windmill and find it a pleasant view.

“A Good Sunday Afternoon of Local History”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 13, 2014

A very interesting and informative look at local history at The Willesborough Windmill.
A good look at our local windmill where freshly milled flour is readily available.
Our guide Brian showed us around the mill, giving us valuable information about the history of this rare piece of Kentish p[ast.

“Great people, an interesting trip”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 5, 2013

We had a lovely afternoon visiting the windmill, my 3rd old son wanted to go as we can see the windmill from our garden. The people running the mill are great, so friendly and welcoming, explained everything in so much detail and with such a passion we were all entralled going round. My son had a go at grinding his own flour and even got a certificate, he was thrilled!

I also purchase my flour direct from the mill to make our bread at home......delicious!

“Great wedding and great volunteers”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 4, 2013

Willesborough windmill is a real gem. Saved from demolition by a group of volunteers it is loveingly looked after. A great small wedding location (max 50 guests and this was a bit of a squeeze) you have the adjoining barn (tea room) and patio for the good British Summer (which did us proud last weekend - end of June). Worth a visit, can be difficult to locate - even though you can glimpse it from the M20!

“Just passing”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 4, 2013

Driving through Kent we passed this beautifull windmill. As being Dutch, this mill took our attention. Very nice mill in a quiet setting. We have not been inside maybe an other time. The area around Willesborough is stunning, that's a fact.
