I have eaten here quite a lot over the last few years and find the quality fairly consistent.
The menu has quite a lot of variety on it but the specials board is where the real treats are to be found.
They will also cook a dish not on the menu if you ask in advance.
The decor is quite nice if a little dated, still nice though.
Prices are very reasonable and the bar has a good selection of ales and wines.
Well worth visiting.
