Been there a few times now and find the staff very chirpy. The food is pretty good but each time I've been the menu's haven't varied much, if any. It's not cheap but it's about the going rate these days and it's a nice pub, well, restuarant. The garden's great in the warmer weather and it's a nice place to hang out. My main gripe is they only put a frozen puff pastry lid balanced on the top of their casseroles to make a pie, that's not a pie.
