Lovely rooms and spa facilities. However, was a little disappointed with the hotels customer service. At dinner, i required my steak to be well done due to being pregnant, and i had to send it back twice as it was still pink in the middle with blood dripping from it. By the time i had had it back, my husband had finished his meal. in the morning on check out, they said we had to pay for the breakfast, and when we showed them our confirmation form showing it was complimentary , they got a bit annoyed, and rang through to their head office in front of us, and made us give a copy of the form. Also had the cheek to state that it said complimentary breakfast, not breakfasts, so had to pay for one, even though the room was booked for two. i didnt pay!!!
Also didn't receive the free newspaper we were told would be given to us in the morning in the room, which seems like no big deal, but when they are being picky, but I feel should be given if stated so. The accommodation was great though, just a shame some people ruined it a bit.More
