“Brilliant Stay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
Reviewed December 3, 2013

Just celebrated my 60th with some friends and my wife had booked us all a short stay at Hadlow Tower as a surprise.
Too brilliant for words!
Everything about it was excellent, we had booked to eat out in the evenings but decided to dress up and eat in ~ so glad we did as it was just wonderful.
We'll be back for a longer stay.

“Delighted to see it restored beyond its former glory”
Reviewed June 7, 2013

Hadlow Tower, originally built as a folly, has had a chequered history and we along with many local people despaired to see its decline.

We were lucky enough to be amongst the first people able to go up the newly restored tower and the weather turned out its best too.

The ground floor has a small visitors centre with a display about the history of the tower and Hadlow village. From there visitors have the choice of a lift or the stairs to explore the tower. The middle floors are now an apartment available for holiday lets .

From the top floor of the apartment, stairs alone get you to the level of the lantern and beautiful views across the Kent countryside.

The tower is only open to visitors on Thursdays and visits must be booked in advance (see the website for details) Prices are perhaps a little expensive at £22 for a family, £7 per adult and £4 per child.
