“Fantastic B& B”
Reviewed June 3, 2012

This was our second visit to Hoe Hill House and as before we were welcomed by Sally and made to feel instantly at home.
After being shown to our beautiful accomodation, the afternoon tea Sally provided of home made cakes and preserves were an absolute delight and the perfect way to start a relaxing break in the glorious Lincolnshire Wolds.
We will certainly be back and hopefully in September of this year.

P.S. THe breakfasts were fantastic especially the asparagus and bacon wraps!

My partner and I travelled from Australia and were exploring Lincolnshire. We stayed in a traditional country-style b&b in Swinhope (nr. Market Rasen), we were so happy we even booked an extra night.
We were greeted by Sally who welcomed us with some delicious home cooked cake & tea. She showed us to our room (the tulip room) which was beautifully decorated, warm and homely. Sally was so welcoming, the room was spotless and clean, the bed was so amazing I wanted to take it home! A wonderful country experience, we even got to collect our own fresh eggs from the chickens down the garden for breakfast!
Breakfast was served at our requested time. It was superb, all the food was fresh and sourced locally - there was a seasonal selction that included fresh bread, asparagus, fruits and a full english breakfast.
We could not fault the service and comfort offered at this b&b, it was the nicest stay at any b&b or hotel we have ever had.

We had travelled from Cornwall for 11 hours, arrived late in the evening but Sally was as helpful and accommodating as always. This is by far the most tasteful, cosy, luxurious and tranquil accommodation that I have been lucky enough to stay in. It oozes welcoming and comfort, breakfasts are a complete indulgence, the grounds are beautiful, the owners could not be more helpful and welcoming, the rooms are divine and so tastefully furnished and decorated.
I highly recommend that you treat yourself to a stay there ( or three!) :-))) thank you so much Sally, Steve and Lorna!

Room Tip: All of the rooms are stunning.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We set off from North Wales fairly late and didn't arrive at Hoe Hill until after dark. Sally kindly offered us a drink and showed us to our room which was absolutely perfect. The next time we travel to Lincolnshire on business or pleasure we'll certainly check availability at Hoe Hill House first. Big thanks again to Sally and Steve for making our stay such a relaxing experience.

lovely rural location, ideal for getting to all LIcolnshires attractions i.e. Wolds, coast, Lincoln ect. Probably the best B anB we have stayed in. The proprietors are very obliging in every aspect even offered us a lift to local pub so we did not have to drive. Lovely big clean room, fab shower excellent hospitality tray, comfy bed, great breakfast. could not fault this B and B.

Sally offers a warm welcome from the minute you arrive. Greeted with tea, coffe, juice and a delicious home made cake on arrival. The room was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully accessorised with everything you need. It was a lovely touch to have fresh fruit in the room. The B&B is ideally located for those wanting to get away from it all and enjoy the peace and quiet of the Lincolnshire Wolds. Walkers and cyclists are very well catered for.
