“Next door to Rafii's”
Reviewed February 3, 2013 via mobile

Another good place to relax, chill and watch the glorious sunsets. Didnt use as much at Rafii's but had to go there New Years Day as I think the staff from Rafii's needed to recover from their very late night New Years Eve. Friendly staff. Great location

“Nice Chill-out Bar, Lousy Service & Food”
Reviewed January 16, 2013

Brought a group of guests here and the experience was a total disaster. Service was very slow and unfriendly. Their BBQ Fish was lousy as the operator did not know how to grill the fish properly and the fish was not seasoned properly neither was it basted with oil to keep it moist. We ended up getting a small seabass that was burnt on the outside & tasteless. The chicken satay was reasonably juicy but the peanut sauce was watered down & tasteless. nachos were good.

We were told that we could not order directly from the BBQ operator and had to order from the waiters but the waiters did not seem to be interested in taking our orders. Service is too slow and inattentive. Waiters were more interested in chatting up Caucasian ladies who were unaccompanied by men.

Not worth going here to dine as food is not good or if they're busy as they are unable to cope.

“Expected more based on other reviews...”
Reviewed January 13, 2013

Yeh, its chilled-out and on the beach, and the food was ok and drinks cold. But I think my expectations were a little too high. The place didn't feel very friendly (like we were interrupting a private party?) and there was an awful smell wafting through when we were there. Oh well.

“great place to spend in night time”
Reviewed January 3, 2013

it is a cafe on the cenang beach, you need to go into this cafe from the alley beside tomato nasi kandar. there is plenty of choices for the cocktail but sadly we not really like them. and the kitchen is closed at 10pm, we found it is not so good when u want to order some snacks to eat after 10pm. but the staff there are very friendly.

“chill out place”
Reviewed December 19, 2012

A very nice bar on the beach. Cool owner and cool staff.

One of the places that opens earliest in the morning around 10.30.

cheap and cold drinks NO 10% service charge and very good music. In the evenings live-bands.

Tried the food once, not impressed, its mostly junk-food.
