By western standards this mall is pretty downtrodden but it does have a few good duty free shops which will disappear in November 2016 when the rules change. Please remember that it does not open until 1030.
All in all typically Malaysian but there is a cinema showing movies in English.

An average mall, but has a huge duty free and a cinema. Just within Kuah Town. Location is good. Food court closes at 8pm. Brands as well as unbranded shopping. Duty free Fantastic.

There is a three-levels duty free shop in this mall. Not bad, you can do some shopping. There are also other shops where you can buy some souvenirs back home. There is also a shop called 'Cotton Art' (if I remember correctly), able to get nice tops or dresses from there if you like their design concept. It is just around 2-3 minutes walk from Adya Hotel.

If you do do die die need to visit a "mall" during your holiday in Langkawi. .maybe try this one...but honestly it's nothing much..
But it's better than Langkawi fair mall

It was simply an ordinary mall. There is food court on the upper floor, but it was close when we visited the mall. The restrooms were on the parking lot, and it was locked when we visited this mall. It was very disappointing
