Beautifully restored small farmhouse. The architect and the interior designer have done a very good job. Great use of space. Nice furnishings. Walking distance to the airport. On site restaurant is expensive, but there are a few good choices within 5 to 10 minute walking distance.
Good for business people and early morning flight from the airport. Bus costs 6 Euros to Mestre rail station and can be expensive.

Room Tip: Try the loft room for four people.

Extremely close to the airport, I walked the 500 meters. Friendly staff and very caring and helpful. Rooms are small, but enough when on a Biz trip. Clean room and ok food. Shuttle service if needed. Would not go there for a romantic weekend.

Room Tip: Remember the rooms are small

We needed a place to stay after our cruise and wanted to be near the airport. The hotel is very picturesque and well kept with large, modern rooms. The hotel is fine for a layover, but if you want to explore Venice over a few days, I would not recommend it. Water taxis leave from the airport across the street (free hotel shuttle or 10 minute walk), but are VERY expensive. The bus is another option, but we didn't explore that. It is a good airport hotel. They have their own restaurant and lounge with average food and drinks. If you are looking for a vacation, find a place in Venice.

Room Tip: The family rooms with a loft were much nicer than the doubles.

Dear customer, thank you very much for your appreciation for our hotel, but I am very sorry that you have not experienced the bus to go to Venice, because it is the best way to go, and the cheapest. In fact, it takes only 15 minutes to go to Venice, Piazzale Roma, its frequency is every 15 minutes and the ticket costs only 1.10 euro. Not only, our hotel provides a free shuttle service to transport our costumers to the bus stop that is at 300 metres (0,186 miles) from the hotel. There are other ways to go to Venice: Boat, taxi and water taxi, and which you used, the Water taxi, is the most expensive. I'm sorry for you.
Furthermore, it is difficult to consider convenient for tourists the city of Venice, for the following reasons: no cars in Venice, and to get in the hotels, which are scattered around Venice and hard to find, you need to take the boat, which is expensive and has no stops in front of the hotels, so the tourists are forced to look for walking up and down the bridges and through the narrow streets, with their cargo of luggages. Then, if you arrive at night, it's worse, and if it rains it is even worse.
I believe, however, that it is much better an hotel near Venice, where you can get, comfortable, by car or shuttle, then to go to Venice by bus that arrives in 15 minutes with a cheap ticket of 1.10 euro, and to visit comfortably the city without luggages. At your departure, comfortably, to take the hotel's shuttle with the porter who loads your luggages.

We stayed here recently on our last night on our Italy trip as we ahd a flight the next day . It is a lovely hotel with very clean and comfortable rooms . The staff were excellent , very friendly and supportive and helpful. My husband had had his wallet stolen in Florence just before we left to get to this hotel and the staff sorted out the trip to the airport in the shuttle bus the next day so we could do the report to the police we needed to do . The chap who drove the bus was really helpful and very friendly. The staff in reception let us watch the Manchester United match and eat in the bar and we seemed to be given at least one complimentary drink - they obviously felt awful about the robbery happening in Italy. Anyhow if you have to fly from Venice and need a hotel you will not do better than this one . Breakfast was also very good - freshly squeezed orange juice and everything else including excellent coffee. A good choice for the airport.

Why would you stay anywhere else when in Venice? You're right next to the Airport and within easy reach of Venice itself. The Hotel is very clean, modern and spacious when compared to major Italian city Hotels. The staff are absolutely wonderful and attentive to your needs. We arrived much earlier than our check in time and expected to be told we couldn't have our room until the afternoon but we were pleasantly surprised. Our room wasn't ready so they found another which was vacant so for us this is better than some of the so called 5 star hotels! There's also free WiFi, plenty of car spaces at no extra charge, a great restaurant with plenty of local dishes and always someone to help you should you need them. One of the joys for us was that the A/C worked beautifully and the room temperature was as what we adjusted it to. Travelling through Italy that wasn't the case in most hotels especially south of Rome. Give it a try if you're in the area looking for a place to stay, you won't be disappointed.
