This hotel was very clean and the service was really good. For an Int'l hotel, I couldn't ask for more. The room was small as expected but it was very clean and nice. The staff was very professional and helpful. The hotel shuttle from the airport came after about a 30-45 min wait, but that is the normal schedule (if I recall correctly). The only issue with the shuttle is that we were standing in the obvious looking shuttle spot outside in the parking lot but it was not actually where the shuttle stopped when it came into the parking lot to pick up passengers. It actually stopped a little ways up from where we were standing and it didn't come to where we were standing. I don't recall which door we were advised from other reviewers to go out of at ground transportation area, so check other reviews and stand where they advised even if it doesn't look like the shuttle stop. There are no markings to indicate the shuttle stop so it's a little confusing but just keep an eye out for the shuttle and note the times that it runs. Don't take a taxi or it will cost too much! The hotel is in a safe looking area with several stores and little restaurants in walking distance. We stayed there a couple nights before a cruise and we caught the local bus right across the street from the hotel to go to the people mover (train) to get to the cruise terminal. There was a bus after we got off the people mover which took us to the cruise terminal but you can walk too if there is not cruise co. bus in sight. This was only a few euros and very easy and convenient. Our friends used the hotel's shuttle to get to the cruise terminal which was a bit more expensive and if you are not the adventurous type. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel and the service for an Int'l location.More
