where else can you go with 3 teenagers, and build a memory for under $20? We now plan our trips through the Maritimes to make sure the Covered Bridge factory will be open. Last year's favourite chips were baked potato ma 'n cheese. this year: lobster poutine although the funny blue fruit stuff was a close second.. see you next year!

Love dark chips--don't have to shuffle the bag to get the dark ones. But Winners was having a sale, or clearance on these. Does any other store carry these? i never seen them anywhere.

Our second trip to this museum and this time we were travelling with friends who hadn't visited before. Not a big self guided tour but still very informative in regards to understanding the roots of this locally founded business. Of course it never hurts when someone from the factory brings you fresh potato chips. They have a selection of over 40 seasonsing for the chips with very memorable flavours of apple pie, Montreal Steak Spirce as well as their standard salt and vinegar and sea salt. Cute cut outs just outside the museum to stick your head through and get a silly keepsake picture.

The Covered Bridge Potaote Chip Company is nice place to visit while traveling through New Brunswick. We stopped in during our trip to Nova Scotia and being potatoe chip lovers were very pleased to have discovered this little store. They are a bit pricey but then you get what you pay for...an excellent product!!
