This was so much more than I expected!! What an incredible place to stay and so beautifully restored. The room was huge and decorated beautifully. The entire place is beautiful! I can not say enough good things about Patricia and her husband who are the owners. They were wonderful and kind hosts. I will definitely stay here again and again. I was actually sad to leave.

My husband, 5 year old daughter and I stayed at this beautiful home for 7 nights. We had the Suite "Alpilles" at the very top of the whole house. You do step into another world when you walk in to Patricia & Pascal's home which has been beautifully renovated. We loved the our room as it was very very spacious and had an adjoining room which our daughter could sleep in. The views from the top floor were lovely and even on a hot day, it was cool to sit out in the balcony.

But the highlight of our stay was how the hosts looked after us and made us feel part of the family and like it was our home. We had dinner with them on two nights - home-cooked delicious food. It costs 20 euros per person and they did not charge for our daughter. It is a 3 course meal with aperitif and wine through out. On other nights we prepared our own food using the microwave & fridge that guests have access too and ate out in the gardens.

Every day Patricia or Pascal or their son Valentin would fill up our bottles of water with filtered water (we had about 10 bottles!!) and give us advice on where to visit, best roads to travel, where to eat, etc. Patricia got our rental car out of their garage and kept it ready for us each morning to our limited parking skills ;) She even took me to her hair dresser on the last evening to get my hair done and waited till I was finished and drove me back home. I do not know many hosts so generous with their time. Even their son Valentin, although just 17, is so responsible and helpful and caring.

Our daughter loved staying at Le Posterlon and did not want to leave. She loved the place, the pool (which is a little cold!), her room, their dog Enzo and Patricia's strawberry jam - which Patricia gave us a large jar before we left.

We were really lucky to find Le Posterlon and enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much Pascal, Patricia & Valentin for your hospitality. We hope to return one day.

Andrea, Nilan & Nia.

Room Tip: I don't know what the other rooms looked like but we loved Suite Alpilles at the very top as it...

We are a couple coming from Switzerland looking for the real Provence spirit. At the Posterlon we found it! Patricia, Valentin and Pascal are a great family, excellent guides and lovely owners of this nice place. 100 Eur for our room (cote jardin) was a big deal, breakfast is delicious. Pay a visit to Patricia atelier for some shopping.

We just returned from a brief stay at this beautiful b&b, home to a lovely couple and their very nice young son. Before making the reservation I was immediately positively impressed by their kind answers to my enquiries through e-mail and phone calls. The photos on their website also made us decide quickly since we had been looking for an interesting place like this.
The 17th century building is fascinating, restored to its original splendour, the rooms are very very large and tastefully decorated and the bathrooms are beautiful, with modern facilities. There are interesting touches of Patricia's antique collections here and there adding romance and charm even to the bathrooms. Each room has at least 4 very large windows with wonderful views either of the town and the church or the surrounding countryside. There are lovely adjoining bedrooms perfect for families with lots of space everywhere, Also, the rooms were heated very well so that we always felt comfortably cozy.
Since we were there in rainy March, breakfast was served indoors but the dining room was so beautiful that we loved exploring the room and feeling its homey atmosphere. (breakfast was delicious and abundant: croissants, fresh bread, homemade jams and freshly squeezed juice and yogurt).
The b&b was just featured in the February/March 2011 issue of Vie à la campagne with many pages of beautiful glossy photos and a wonderful article all about the careful renovation of the entire building.
Both Patricia and Pascal were very helpful with suggestions on where to go, what to see and always very kind and friendly. They are also very discreet, quietly leaving us to have our breakfast but ready to come and chat if we wanted.
We were very happy to have found this marvellous b&b and hope to return again one day (with sunny weather!) to enjoy their beautiful outdoor area and swimming pool!

We were fortunate enough to have stayed at Patricia and Pascal's lovely home for a two night stay in the middle of June, and we could not have found a better location to enjoy the Provence area. Patricia is a sensational cook, and she, her husband Pascal, their young son Valentin and her sister all treated my wife and I as if we were an extension of their immediate family.

The rooms are large and comfortable, and the B&B itself is an older stone building which has been up-dated and renovated by Pascal himself. After a day of touring the area (Avignon is located a short 9 miles away) my wife and I found that there was no greater pleasure than being able to relax by the lovely pool while waiting for our delicious traditional Provence dinner to be served to us out back.

Before leaving, we promised Patricia that we would return next year for a longer stay, and that is a promise which we fully intend to keep!

This is truly the proprietors home as well as a B&B. The owners were gracious and helpful and most accommodating and the house is beautiful restored, spacious and comfortable. Access to major roads was close by and the view from our room was wonderful yet we were in town. We will come again.

Patricia and Pascal have renovated an 18th century house next to a church in this little village near Avignon. This chambre d'hote is charming and Patricia is a wonderful host. We loved our short stay. The rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. The surroundings are beautiful. Breakfast outside by the pool with a view of the mountains was lovely.

This is an excellent location for exploring Provence. Near St. Remy, Isle sur la surgue and Avignon.

We recommend this wonderful place with no heisitation and hope to return.
