“Peaceful, blissful, beautiful, delightful, idyllic - Heaven!”

Thoroughly enjoyed 4 days with friends including 4 dogs. The owners Denise and Adrian are very welcoming and see you off in the morning with the most fabulous breakfast. In addition a scrumptious cream tea can be had if you find yourself back there in the afternoon. The rooms are very clean, Denise pops in every day and titivates the bathrooms so it is always very pleasant to come back to clean sinks etc and for our 4 night stay included clean towels. Lovely location, very quiet in June. We felt at home taking the dogs down to the sea first thing in the morning (which is less then 100 yards) still clad in our pyjamas! Fabulous walks in front of and behind the house with breathtaking views of the coastline. Understandably, dogs must be on leads!! Very nice pubs and restaurants within short driving distances. This would be the only minus point to the location but its no great hardship to take it in turns to drive. Look forward to going back.

Our family spent 2 nights at Melyn-y-Gors in Cwmtydu, my partner, my son, myself and our dog Dexter and we all had a wonderful time. The B&B itself was gorgeous, in beautiful surroundings. It was very clean and decorated to a very high standard. The breakfast was excellent and definitely gave us the energy we needed to explore. Adrian and Denise were really friendly and more than happy to give us advise and information on the area and the best places to visit, they also seemed interested in hearing about what we had done and if we had enjoyed it. Our chocolate lab Dexter had a great time exploring and got on well with Chas, Denise and Adrian's spaniel. The local people were also very nice and helpful. The area is stunning with excellent views everywhere. All in all one of the most enjoyable breaks we've ever had.

We stayed three nights and recieved a warm welcome from Denise and Adrian, who were always on hand during our stay and provided us with a wealth of information on the local area and ameneties, and an excellent hearty breakfast.
Our en suite family room, gave us ample space to relax and provided a most comfortable base for the duration of our stay. The room was well equiped and the whole accomodation was clean and decorated to a high standard.
We ate a tasty home cooked lunch sitting on the Terrace Cafe with views over the bay.
Cwm Tydu is an unspoilt haven of beauty, and we were lucky enough to be there when the seals were pupping, right on the beach!
The best thing about our stay has to be the relaxation that the whole experience provided.
The worst was having to leave, but only till next time.

We had a fantastic stay in this charming Guest House. Adrian & Denise were very welcoming and hospitable, the room was very clean and spacious with lots of little extras.
The breakfast was suberb.
The location is quite rural, but only a short drive to New Quay and Carnathan. There are stunning view around the coast, with lotsof different wildlife. Ben our labrador enjoyed the long walks around Cymtudu andsurrounding areas, hegot on well with the owners dog Chas
Altogether a very relaxing break.

Thank you Adrian & Denise for a special stay.
We will be back.
