we were not sure which boat trip to book when on holiday in new Quay in September this year but we were so glad that we booked with SeaMor Tours because that is exactly what we did see more than if we had been on the other boats. Luke was a pleasure to be with he explained all about the life of the dolphins seals lobsters crabs also the sea birds. He took us to the lobster pots and took them out told us all about them and let us feel the shells on both the lobsters and the velvet crabs. We plan on taking our grandsons next year so that they can have the excellent trip that we had.

We were unsure which boat trip to do, but so glad we chose seamor. Not only did we see dolphins (we couldn't get away from them) but Luke also took us out to check a lobster pot. Our kids loved it and he even let the youngest 'drive' the boat for a bit. which scared the doings out of the other passengers (not really). Luke was great and knew his stuff. would recommend

We spent 2 weeks in New Quay this summer and enjoyed it so much that we are going for 3 weeks next year. One of highlights of the holiday was the trip we took with Luke on the SeaMor. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and was brilliant with the children. They got to handle spider crabs and lobsters and stroke a dog fish. We didn't see many dolphins - can't believe I'm saying that! Where else do you see them? That wasn't a problem as there were so many to be seen from harbour walls and even from my bedroom window. Can't wait until we return - the children want to go on the SeaMor every week so I've got them saving. Well worth the money though as the small numbers on the trip make it much more than the average boat trip. I also also have a child that now wants to be a marine biologist and if we can manage to organise it, will be signing up as a Sea Watch volunteer next summer.

We had a super trip with skipper Luke. He took us around New Quay harbour bay to inspect the traps monitoring sea creatures caught. We saw Spider crabs, which look scary, but can't support their own weight out of water. No one else on board apart from Daddy would hold the scary looking crab. The lobsters are an amazing deep blue colour and have an escape jerk action, which Luke showed us. We then continued on towards the headland of Cardigan Bay, into some exciting waves causing spray to come over the bow. Luke then turned us around to head back to harbour riding back on the waves was much easier going. On the return journey Luke let the children steer the boat part of the way back. An enjoyable trip was had by all.

Our trip was superb. It wasn't just a trip up the coast looking for Dolphins it was an whole education. Luke was an excellent guide. We pulled up lobster pots full of all different fish and crabs and he was able to give so much information about every one. He also had a great knowledge about all the differnet birds. The boat was only small but it made it all the more intimate. This was our second trip and we would definately go again.
