Owner description: Join us on a one and a half hour guided Bottlenose Dolphin Watching Boat Trip, leaving from the picturesque fishing village of New Quay, West Wales. Learn about the local history, geology and wildlife from our marine biologist guides and knowledgeable skippers. Trips run daily at 11.00am, 12.30pm, 2.00pm, 3.30pm & 5.00pm. Experience the wonders of under the water as we lift a lobster pot, allowing you to see close up and handle all the creatures that we catch. Kids (and adults) can have a supervised experience at steering the vessel if the weather is suitable. Our vessel can only carry 12 passengers, so a personal experience is guaranteed. Our marine biologist guide will be with you the whole time to answer any questions you have, and fill you with facts on not just the dolphins, but the seals, the seabirds, the birds of prey, the jelly fish, the porpoise and anything else that happens to come along. Book early to avoid disappointment, as our trips have become very popular we fill up early. Call us on our mobile number, or email.

“Excellent trip”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 25, 2013 via mobile

We did the 1.5 hour 1pm trip yesterday (24th June), and although I thought the price was a bit expensive at first, it was well worth it. Myself, my husband and two kids (10 and 6) went out and had a great educational journey across the bay. Luke and Jess were very friendly, informative, and were great role models for my kids! Both now want to drive boats and become marine biologists! My boys were allowed to hold the fish from the two lobster pots hauled up (a variety of crabs, a lobster), and have learned some interesting facts. We didn't see any dolphins on the trip, but saw a variety of seabirds and seals. we saw dolphins off the harbour in the evening then. It's not just for kids, it's highly recommended. Luke even assured us that they put the creatures back in the evening, so it made my boys ( and me) even happier!

Very informative & interesting trip along the coast, thanks to Luke & Jess. The lobster pots were an excellent chance to get up close with creatures you wouldn't otherwise see. Although we didn't see any dolphins there were plenty of birds and a seal popped up to watch us going past.

“Boat Trip”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 14, 2013

Went out on Sunday 9th june 2013 for my birthday an excellent trip. 12 seater boat which only 5 of us were on it, great room for us to move around. The guide whom was called Luke was excellent explained everything in detail about the wildlife both above and under the sea.
I even held a Spider crab and released him back into the sea.
Would recommend it to all ages even pet dogs are welcome.
Excellent Trip! :-)

We took the 11am trip this week, allthough we were very lucky with the calmness of the sea and beautiful weather, i would imagine this trip is excellent any time! It does feel like a very 'personalized' trip with only up to a dozen passengers on the boat and Luke (the host) has excellent knowledge of the area/marine life, and lovely interaction with all. Really was a great hour and half enjoying the bay...added bonus to see dolphins, a seal, marine birds and contents of the lobster pot! even without these i think the trip would be enjoyed by visitors of all ages. We look forward to our next visit and trying the sunset trip!

“Wonderful trip.”

We cannot rate SeaMor highly enough. Luke, a marine biologist & Jess gave us (4) a very informative trip on their small boat (holds 12) He lifted lobster pots to show interesting marine life including small sharks & lobsters, but after explaining about the species would free them. We saw many dolphins at quite close quarters one even catching a sea bass. It helped that it was a glorious sunny day, a truly memorable trip.
