Larry & Linda T
This was our second and certainly not our last visit. After 3 weeks in Paris with our 17 year old Granddaughter, who has a great deal of energy, it was a welcome rest. All new beds comfortable mattresses and chairs, good lighting, great location, large apartment, very, very clean and well maintained. Once again we met the most interesting guests while sharing the evening local wine and Ashley's Lemoncello after the feast prepared by Jason, Chef extraordinaire. The wonderful cooking lesson given by Jason was extremely informative, creative and fun. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, the beautiful countryside and Ashley and Jason's incredible stewardship
made it a delicious experience not to be forgotten.

Thank you Jason and Ashley for a relaxing week at your farmhouse! Our group of 8 enjoyed your homemade meals, cooking classes, and market trip. Jason is a gifted teacher, respects the local culture, and brings it alive in the kitchen. Ashley's hospitality is warm and welcoming, yet professional. We also had opportunity to visit nearby quaint small towns to get a real feel for lovely Le Marche!

"Perfecto" - the food, the cooking classes, the surrounding territory, the charming farmhouse and most importantly, the people! Jason and Ashley's warm, friendly and fun attitude rubs off on all the guests. My husband and I traveled with a yoga group from Seattle, although he doesn't do yoga. No problem, as yoga quickly became secondary to all the other activities. We joined a family from Austin, Texas that have returned to La Tavola Marche for the past 5 years. They quickly became great friends as we gathered around the table for breakfast and dinner.
We picked vegetables from the garden, canned tomatoes, took cooking classes, traveled to wineries and a cheese cave, hiked, fly fished, relaxed by the pool and filled our bellies with Jason and Ashley's creations.(including Ashley's homemade Orangecello).
Perfecto; we will return!

We had a wonderful time at Jason and Ashley's. Genuinely friendly and kind, they made us feel welcome at their charming little farm/country house. We felt as though we were staying with friends.

The property is lovingly maintained and very very very clean. We had a two bedroom suite which was plenty spacious for our family of four. Our girls (6yrs and 8yrs) wanted to spend all of their time outdoors playing with the cats (they loved the cats!), looking for the chickens, playing on the swing set and swimming in the pool. It was nice to be able to give the girls the independence to explore and play on their own. After spending a week in Rome in an apartment, it was the perfect setting. We stayed there in mid-July and yes it is true, you do not need air conditioning up in the hills in July.

The food was amazing. Everything was fresh (from their wonderful garden) and made from scratch. So nice to have home cooked meals on vacation! Since the kids were happily entertained, I had time to take a cooking class with Jason who demonstrated how easy it can be to cook healthy and tasty meals using simple and fresh ingredients. The kids really enjoyed their pizza making class with Jason - definitely one of the highlights of our trip.

My husband and I spent 3 days at La Tavola Marche in July, as part of a 4 week trip through Europe. Without doubt, our stay there was one of the highlights. Apart from the beautiful location, clean and comfortable accommodation and amazing food, what makes this place so special is the hosts. Ashley and Jason do an incredible job of running their Agriturismo (farm stay), as well as manage a working farm and a cooking school. How they manage to do all this, and at the same time remain warm, friendly and accessible is anyone’s guess!

La Tavola Marche is in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy and the place is an old farmhouse, lovingly maintained. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and there was a kitchen if we had wanted to cook. But we were more interested in Jason’s cooking! During our stay we enjoyed the Pizza night, which was sensational, and a cooking class where we prepared an incredible spread with Jason’s expert guidance. Jason, a trained chef, adopts the Slow Food philosophy, and his cooking comprises of local, seasonal ingredients (many of which he grows himself.

La Tavola Marche has an air of relaxation about it, and we felt ourselves unwind immediately upon our arrival. A welcome relief after visiting several busy cities and driving the Italian roads! There are cats and chickens running around, and you really feel like you are on a farm! The farm also boasts a swimming pool, which we enjoyed as we experienced quite hot weather during our stay.

Ashley and Jason do an incredible job of coordinating everything and keeping the guests happy at the same time – truly gracious hosts. I cannot recommend La Tavola Marche more highly.

I recently visited La Tavola Marche with my wife and two teenage sons. We did not stay long enough. This place is amazing!

After a breathtakingly picturesque drive through the countryside, I was immediately transformed by this magical place. After spending a long day traveling from Milan, I felt all stress disappear as soon as I stepped out of our car. The location is spectacular! It felt like a step back in time to a simpler era in which good food, good friendships, and an appreciation for the little things are the most important elements of life, designed to be savored.

After meeting the community of cats and chickens, we were warmly greeted by the owners, Ashley, and then Jason, who was busily making pizzas in the charming outdoor brick oven. Although this property is several hundreds of years old, you can instantly tell that it is maintained with love. Ashley & Jason, clearly respect the history and soul of this property. The accommodations were fabulous, with character, comfort, and good views. And you can tell that all the locals love these owners.

We had an enchanting first evening, al fresco, being entertained by our amazing hosts, meeting wonderful new friends, eating amazing pizzas and salad, and even enjoying a stunning thunderstorm under the patio umbrellas.

A rainy hike through the countryside the following day was an explosion for the senses. Our boys, discovering ruins, wildlife, and unparalleled views. Jason even provided us mud boots so that we could endure the surprising summer of rain.

Our cooking class was tremendous! Jason taught us fundamentals of cooking that we will be able to use in the preparation of any cuisine. The boys are so fortunate to have had this foundational training at such young ages. And the ravioli and tagliatelle that we made by hand was the best food I have ever eaten.

These were a couple of the most magical days of my life and will always hold some of my greatest memories. It was the highlight of our trip for the boys. Thank you Ashley and Jason!

Dinner on arrival evening was delicious and the cooking class the next day with Jason, and the huge meal afterward, was fantastic! This is a gorgeous part of Italy and fun to wander around and Ashley has great suggestions and stories to send you on your way. Take advantage of the local wines and vistas!!! We will be back!
