This is a lovely hotel, great rooms, good food, excellent pool, stayed 3 days when we first checked in bedroom didnt suit due to a medial condtion and we were given an alternative room within minutes. the staff from all departents of the hotel were very helpful. would recommend a stay, the only downside was getting into the flow of the traffic. Great Value

Booked two twin rooms on a two night B&B 1 dinner basis for E99. Excellent value!

Check in was fast, rooms were very comfortable with good air conditioning which we needed as unusually for Ireland, the weather was hot! Beds were very comfortable although the pillows were a little on the hard side.

There was a little mix up with the board basis resulting in one of the rooms being told they could not have breakfast however it was quickly resolved by a quick trip to reception.

The restaurant was superb and the food very good indeed. The only bad thing about this hotel was the lack of air conditioning in the restaurant and breakfast area. The bar however did have air conditioning.

Music on both nights was good although we didnt stay for all of it and you could not hear it in the rooms so it didnt disturb you.

The hotel was further out from Galway than I imagined although it was easy to get a taxi in.

The staff were very friendly and helpful!

Overall, we were really pleased with this hotel and thought it great value for money. Would definately return ourselves and recommend to others.

Just returned from a short break and would like to say that from check in to check out everything was very efficient from the girls at reception to the restaurant staff, we were made feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We were allocated a family room for our stay, what a lovely room at the corner of the hotel spacious and comfortable, excellent breakfast especially on our second morning when waiter service for the hot breakfast, as opposed to the hot buffet. Would encourage anyone wishing to travel to Galway or any of the tourist routes close by to use this hotel

This is a lovely hotel, spacious rooms, good bar food, excellent staff. I was at the hotel attending a wedding, the function room was beautifully decorated, nice size floor for dancing but it was the meal that stood out the most, it was delicious, tasty and hot, well presented, everyone was served together, a real triumph. The hotel also has a great gym facility.

This hotel is a real must to stay. The staff are more than obliging ,rooms great, food lovely and the pool clean. If you have a young family it is great base for all things in the galway area.. We had to use it as a stop over for exhausted kids and weary parents on the way back form Limerick. We had to ask was it family owned because the level of interest in their customers is one that is severely lacking in th group hotels.I am booking to stay again in the school holidays.

I stay here for 2 nights, every 6 weeks when i travel with my job.

the hotel is clean and modern and consistent.

the staff are always friendly and eager to help and make me feel welcome.

it really is one of the most pleasant and friendly stays on my travels.

nothing is too much for the girls who work the reception and a genuine smile and greeting on arrival is a definite plus for any hotel.
