Near to shopping centre. Room are newly renovated. Spacious and clean. Room design quite modern and simple. Bed not so comfortable and the linen I found a couple of stains. Breakfast was nice and service from the restaurant associate was wonderfull. Highly recommended.More

De Palma Ampang very good location but a bit difficult to reach the hotel. We have to take a U turn to reach the hotel. Staffs are good and very kind. Only 3 counters open for register. So, we have to wait for long. Cafe is good but food are over price. Its better go to the Mamak shop for breakfast and lunch. Its located very near to hotel. Its not a budget hotel. Rooms are very clean. Over all its nice.

There have a dedicated floor which the rooms ate Islamic Friendly.....suitable for Islamic Guest. Food are nice and the location is near to restaurant and shopping complex which ia only in a walking distance.

Was during Puasa Month, It was noisy and services was slow. Can't rest at all with the prayer blasting out loud beside the room at 7.20pm . maybe better during other months and i hope the new paint don't smell that strong anymore.

We note the inconvenience you went through as renovations and upgrading works were in progress. Please be informed the renovations have since been completed for the rooms, thus there will not be any new paint smell now.

excellent stay in de palma, spacious room, good breakfast spread. all facilities are in good condition. the hotel is within walking distance with Ampang Point mall which is 5 minutes away. close to various selection of good eateries!

I stayed at de palma hotel in ampang kl last week and had an excellent stay in lovely, comfortable and clean room overlooking the pool. My room was so comfortable. All the staff were friendly and polite and very happy to assist me as necessary, particularly Michelle who was friendly and so attentive to ensure my stay was enjoyable.
