We were booked into the hotel by our customer whose factory we were working. The claim it was the largest casino in India was interesting. Until you realise that the rest of the casinos are "offshore" so it could be. But to call it a casino is a slight exaggeration, yes it is a gambling establishment, but due to governmental rules all the games are computer based so it is more like an games arcade where you can lose money.
The area is remote and if a meal is required outside the complex a taxi into Panjim is needed. Overall not really a true casino experience.
