Stayed for one night on my trip to Mazury,

First impression was related to reservation process:
Rang the hotel to make a reservation and got an advise that this can be easily arranged over e-mail or through hotel's own website. Receptionist's tone was discouraging when asked for reservation over the phone so followed the advice and made my booking through hotel's website.
On arrival to the hotel I was told that my reservation is nowhere to be found and they do not really care about those internet placed ones as they are already almost full(!). I was still able to take a room on advertised rate.

Second mixed impression was the room quality:
The hotel seems to be cared of, although interior of rooms is bit dated. The toilet seat in my room was not fixed to base, also shower cabin fixings were loose. Instead of two the room was equipped with only one bathrobe so use of their (really nice) bathing facilities required few trips to reception.

Additional "attraction" was 7am wake up by shouting contractors and their noisy truck evidently scheduled to work on something related to electrical supply as thirty minutes later electricity supply in the hotel was down ... eventually restored in 15min. or so.

Overall hotel have few nice touches and style ideas (somehow inspired by something you can name far east sultan's retreat kind). Staff (but receptionist who boldly admitted they do not care about reservations - described earlier) was nice and helpful.

Breakfast selection was sufficient but not amazing; I need to post a special nod of appreciation to breakfast waitress who was most accommodating while finding right seating.

The baths - saunas, whirlpool, internal and external pools are nice and might be a bit to tempt you to stay there.

Room Tip: 106 got a nice bath in the room

we stayed in this hotel on a recent trip to Poland. We turned up totally of the cuff and also we had 2 small dogs with us. Nothing was any trouble for the staff including walking the dogs whilst we had a meal. Brilliant place and will def stay again . Very clean some staff spoke english lovely surroundings. They had no control over the new road which has been built nearby the hotel was there first what are they supposed to do pick it up and move!!!!!!!!

Room Tip: Ask for room at rear

We enterted the place after reading warnings about contruction site and gas station. Yes, it is located on the route 16 from Olsztyn to Agustów, with neighbouring BP gas station. Luckily there road is not feelabel at all. You have a feeling that you are totally lost in some silent deserted place. Beatifull outdoor pool with direct entrance to onterior onr ( pool, 2 jacuzzis, saunas etc. ).
Helpfull staff. Room - ok ;). Wi-fi in the reception wing
Tasty breakfasts with wide assortment, delicious lunches with original food ( both on package and restaurant offer ). Some improvement is needed for dishwashing machine :/
Kids club, waiters on a pool - you feel like on the beach on the other side of ocean ;)
Surely we will come back another day.

Stay at the hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is nice and clean. The room was simple (standard) but adequate. The pool area was great. I could believe they don't charge extra for using it. Spa was small but nice but due to it's size I advise earlier reservation. Breakfast was very tasty with a wide selection. Restaurant was excellent.
The infamous gas station is close however you can't see it from the hotel grounds and i have not experience the noise. Lake is quite far.
I feel that all cons are included in the price.

Terrible experience!! We booked a few days in SPA. It supposed to be a nice SPA with highest standard. When we arrived it turns out, that "SPA" in next to the highway and huge gas station, where a parking lot for 70 trucks is build. You cannot open the window in the room at night, as you can hear the trucks on the highway. Standard is very poor - rooms seemed filthy. Breakfast was also horrible, we suffered digestive problems for many hours. In the morning the music is very loud, even on a terrace outside. Hotel is still under construction. It looks like a cheap motel, not a spa. There is a small swimming pool outside, with artificial palms around it. When we went to the reception desk to complain and wanted a refund, very rude receptionists said that our behavior is unacceptable, because it's not so bad. It is so BAD. Stay way, don't be deceived by the webpage. We moved to Ostroda, to Irena Eris SPA. It was like paradise, after a short trip to hell.
