The church suffered significantly during earthquake in October 2013. At the moment it's just huge ruins. The church must be really impressive and worth visiting in the past, but now the big part of it is destroyed. Of course you cannot to inside - area around is closed for public.
According to our guide there are plans to rebuild it, but it'll take a lot of time and money.
