“Amazing church with a piped organ inside!”
Reviewed May 10, 2012

My first time to see a big piped organ in Bohol. And it is in this church, St. Peter's Church in Loboc. An interesting find. They have also a pulpit stand and is still elegant and in tact. Usually some old churches do not have it this time.

According to the informer, this was thought to be the first stone church in Bohol founded by the Jesuits. Impressive! Home to the famous Loboc choir.

“Loboc church”
Reviewed April 22, 2012

If you are here in Loboc for the river cruise, this is definitely a nice place to stop by. Go to the Museo de Loboc, which is attached to the church and take a short tour, you will see many nice things and in some of the rooms there are bats flying around and hanging on the walls which is cool. The church interior is very nice and has many frescos and wall paintings. After the tour you should go to the front of the church and see the facade and the bell tower.

“Saw it by glance...”

The beauty of St. Peter's Church, seen after we had our Lunch. Beside the Church is the incomplete Bridge, as it was not given permission to ruin the church for the bridge's completion.

“Old church and very historical”
Reviewed January 22, 2012

This St Peter's Church in Loboc is one of the oldest churches in Bohol. The place itself has its own unique story. Just ask the locals and you'll be amazed.
