1 st time here Great place. Quieter than the other sandals but very enjoyable. Staff always does a great job at sandals and this one was no exception. Going off the resort was no problem, many activities and beautiful places to visit
I would recommend this Sandals

Room tip: Butler Suite in the Italian Village. Very nice

Butches is one of the best resort restaurants at which I've ever dined. It's reservations only so book immediately after you check-in. Great grounds and pools but Butler Level service is a must to get 2 lounges with an Umbrella unless you like getting up at 6:30 AM on vacation. While the ocean is nice, the beach is short and there are not of on-site Ocean water activities. ONE BIG NEGATIVE.....Except for bottled wine and bottled beer, I believe they water down the alcohol. Nothing taste quite like you would expect

Room tip: Get a butler level room to insure good seating at your pool of choice or on the beaach

This was our 5th Sandals Resort (St Lucia Grande, Antigua, Negril & South Coast) and we also took our kids to Beaches Turks & Caicos. We typically splurge on one of top room categories when we travel and this trip was no exception staying in the Skypool Room.

From arrival to departure the resort was spot on for customer service! Our butler team was large (4 over the week) due to some team transitions but every one of them went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Marlon & Don were our primary team and they are truly exceptional. From insuring our coolers were filled, our lunch needs were met, to helping me one night when my husband was ill and insuring that I still got a great meal delivered to my room. These guys made our trip. We stayed at SSC in the OTW Bungalow on our last trip and there your butlers only have 2 couples. At normal resorts including this trip I know our butlers had between 7-9 couples each day but you would have never known it. These guys dialed into what we like, really need, and what we wouldn’t care about and showed up everyday exceeding expectations. Our experience wouldn’t have been the same without them.

We ate at every restaurant except Kimonos (only because we have done it enough times we decided against it). The food was wonderful from the breakfast buffets, to room service, to dinner - all delicious!

We enjoyed our complimentary 30 minute massage and then rebooked more treatments later in the week and the spa was awesome.

Our only negative was the weather which was beautiful though quite windy and it was not normal for this time of year. The excursion we had planned to Tobago Cays couldn’t happen.

We will be back! Thank you Peter Fraser and team for creating an exceptional Sandals experience and continuing to have raving fans in us!

We are repeat guests of Sandals for the past several years, however this was our first time staying at Grenada. Overall the resort was nice, however many of the restaurants were in much need of preventative maintenance. The roof at Le Jardinier was constantly leaking with the restaurant shutting down several times during our stay due to water leaking on the tables. This is not the expectations we had for a 5-star resort. Additionally, ants in the room was a constant occurrence, which we had to have cleaned several times throughout the week. Lastly our Butler Cell Phone was stolen during our stay and the Butler Manager was extremely rude to us, even going as far to accuse us of misplacing the phone and lying, which was a gross misstatement. The way the management staff handled this occurrence was inappropriate, distasteful, and even brought my wife to tears. Sandals Grenada will never again receive our business.

This resort was great overall from the service to the sleeping room quality to the various seating areas to enjoy. A standout highlight was the quality of F&B at this resort. Completely exceeded my expectations. Consistency, flavor profiles and options were great. Incorporated local flavors and indigenous foods to give a local feel but also had a variety of mainstream and familiar foods to choose from. A total of 7 restaurants with concepts that were pure and did not deviate from the concept that they claimed to be. Loved the Greek restaurant for its flavors and quality. Nice choice of restaurants as well from buffet to individual plates options. The pub and the sushi restaurant allowed for different beer choices and a place you could go to for a quick informal appetizer before going to a more formal dinner at the Steakhouse or Italian venue. Steakhouse had great quality steaks and you could add a lobster tail to any of the entrees. Finally the Hibachi restaurant was a ton of fun, exceeded my expectations as well. What a great experience and will go back again sooner than later!

Room tip: Upgrade your room to a suite with a private pool, worth the price.
