“25 minutes from Milan malpesa airport”
Reviewed June 22, 2014

We came to Milan Malpesa airport late in the evening, and needed a hotel near by to have a nice sleep. And this hotel fullfilled those needs, it is in a nice location about 25 minutes from the airport. The room and bathroom weas nice and big, It might need a little paint but clean it was. We took our car to a garage under the hotel nice and big. In the morning we had a nice breakfast. We can surly reccommend this hotel , even thoug we just came to sleep for a few hours. would liked to have more time to explore the neighbourhood but that must wait another time.

i spend 2 days only during Salone Internazionale del Mobile 2013 i've got shuttle connection to/from the Rho Fair Exhibition center we arrived there by 8 and the bus came back at 6 which was a lot of time to spend there, the hotel looks strange form the outside but the room was nice and clean with a nice jacuzzi tub, the location was really away of every thing.

I must say I was very surprised after reading all these good reviews of this hotel/motel. It is definitely NOT a four star hotel more like a two and a half star motel and is fairly remote from everything. I don’t know who’s giving it such high ratings but I have to disagree with those ratings. The service was poor immediately as I was greeted as a nuisance when I arrived tonight. The room although spacious was shabby and in serious need of a new decorator (the word tacky comes to mind instantly) as well as an upgrade. I had a tough decision to make as one of the beds was u-shaped and needed to be replaced while the other one was rock hard and extremely uncomfortable. The beige leather chairs needed a cleaning, the carpet was worn, and the blankets were fairly shabby. Furthermore, the shower looked like a super shower with 2 heads, however only one of them worked properly. The shower drain cover was loose, there was electrical tape over one lamp outlet and only one of the bathroom mirror lights worked. The towels although thin were soft.
The service was fair to so-so. The guy in charge of the breakfast was sitting at one of the tables playing games on his smartphone, the waiter was doing nothing, drinking coffee but doing nothing.
The breakfast buffet was abysmal. The bacon tray was almost bare but the little bacon that was there was bad bacon, the eggs looked like they had been sitting there for hours and were hard. The juice was canned and tasted so, not fresh. Same for the fruit.
I was extremely happy that I would only be staying here one night. Don't be fooled as I was by the other reviews (I suspect someone from the inside has been writing these) but this does not meet a 4 star rating nor even a 3 star rating for a hotel. It is plainly a motel. To be fair, the place looks and acts just like a motel and is adequately priced as such. Hope this helps someone out as I could have used an honest review before I booked this place.

we recently booked for a room for one of our collegaues: during reservation we were assured that there would be a free shuttle connection to/from the Rho Fair Exhibition center, 4 times a day: check image.

As a result, the Hotel, the day before the exhibition told us that no shuttle would be available and after our complains, we have been told that we were free to delete our reservation....

If Alan Partridge went to Milan he may well stay at this hotel - equal distance between the city centre and Malpensa Airport and a perfect 'Travel Tavern' set up!!! Some of the rooms do in fact have car ports attached but, coupled with provocative pictures on the walls, a strange round bed, a glass panel between bathroom & bedroom and a couples double shower it does have a 'seediness' about it. However my ground floor room was clean, comfortable enough (although main road noise & bin trucks are annoying from 6:30am) and warm.
The main lady on reception is very good - communicates well, helpful with transport, etc. The rest not quite so strong and hilariously there is a boy fresh out of school who just stands around getting in everyone's way ... if anyone knows what he does I would love to be told!
The location & price per night are perfect if you are going to the Fiera Milano for a fair/trade show - the free shuttle bus at key times is a good service and price much lower than staying next to the Fiera Milano. However if you need to go into Milan then your only option is really a local bus service or taxis to the nearest train/metro.
Breakfast was again good & bad with lovely fresh croissants & bread but rather tired looking fruit & ham plus dead flies dotted around kind-of puts you off!
I wouldn't stay here again as I needed access to the Fiera Milano AND central Milan and the costs of taxis negated the cost of the hotel but if you wanted a budget hotel solely for going to the Fiera Milano then this is a solid option for you.

I was in this hotel few times, when i was in Milano. The hotel is about 30minutes from Milano by car - not very far. I like this place - the staff is nice and helpful, they have big, private parking, good breakfast. Rooms are very big, with very, very big beds. Between room and the bathroom there is a glass- i think that can be not comfortable for some people.

Looks pretty odd from outside, but really not too bad at all when you get inside. Helpful staff who spoke good English. Bedrooms are good size - 2m bed (huge!) and a double shower cubicle. Only odd thing is that bathroom has floor-to-ceiling window so you look directly into the shower from the bed. Great if you're with a loved one; awkward if sharing with a friend!
Local area is little lacking in amenities - not many restaurants and most closed Monday, but we did find nice one about 1 mile away.
Breakfast was typical continental (cold meats, pastries etc) and very nice. Didn't eat in restaurant so can't comment on evening meal.
Would I go back? Yes, but not on a Monday night!

Dear Guest,

We are very happy that you shared your experience! As described our rooms are very unusual and unconventional. This is our plus.

This is also a very lively area, but unfortunately many places are closed on Monday evening.

Usually our guests can spend an excellent evening with us, starting with a fabulous Italian happy hour, ending with a traditional dinner where taste even the most refined flavors.

We hope to welcome you again!
