From our entire trip in Italy and Sardinia, this was the best thing we had eaten. The food was luxurious and delicate. We tried a few of the antipastis - "Ceviche di ombrina al lime e tartufo" (ceviche with lime and truffles - 5 stars), "Capasanta scottata con foie gras" (scallops with foie gras - also 5 stars). We had pasta died with squid ink and lemon zest for the main meal - 4 stars.
The dishes were a mixture of traditional Sardinian food with a touch of originality. We were beyond happy with the quality of the meal and the ambiance.
We finished with the traditional dessert "Sebadas con miele di corbezzolo" (fried pastry with fresh cheese, lemon zest and covered in honey - 5 stars) It was delicious and sticky. We shared a bottle of their house white wine that complimented our seafood very well.
We hope to come back again.
