Just off the A28 an ideal stopping point for our return to France, just over 2 hours from Calais.
Friendly and helpful staff and good sized rooms which where also quiet.
Breakfast in the restaurant was continental style and good.
We took advantage of the outside terrace overlooking well kept grounds. Will certainly be back, pity we hadn't come across it before.

By chance I googled South Rouen for an hotel and came up with this one and it turned out to be one of the best I've ever stayed at in France. The staff were friendly and helpful, the place gleamed, the rooms were fine, the bed very comfortable and there was an en suite. Dinner was 16 euros for three courses each of which was imaginatively presented and cooked to perfection. Half a litre of wine, which was very good, was 4 euros. I was spoiled for choice for breakfast and the boiled eggs had great flavour. After all that the prices was low which made it even better value. Parking was on site. Didn't notice any inside noise so the rooms were quiet.

Room tip: Don't know, but the ones both myself and my sister were allocated were very good.

We stopped here for an overnight stay on our way south. Really nice modern hotel, with secure parking, not too far from town which has places to eat. We used the hotel restaurant and had a really nice meal. As it was a warm evening we sat outside and had drinks. Its near a busy road but no real noise to speak of. Staff were very friendly and spoke a little English, and out u with my French!

In 15 years of travelling between Charente and Gloucestershire, the Armony hotel escaped our notice until last night. What a good stop-over. It is well located just off the autoroute. We had a comfort double room which was clean and spacious. We enjoyed our evening meal: apéros, escargots/ smoked salmon, steak au poivre/ entrecôte and coffee. Too full for dessert! The bed was comfortable (although my other half doesn't like beds with plastic mattress covers, so he was too hot). Breakfast was also good and set us up for the day ahead. Another useful point is that there are three supermarkets close by - Carrefour, Lidl and E.Leclerc so if you need to pick up some shopping that's handy. Free parking, free wifi. We will certainly use the Armony again.

This is an ideal place to stop on the way between suthl-west and north France, being just south of Rouen and very close the A28 A12 junction. We have stopped there four times now. Public parts are bright and cheerful, and the restaurant serves simple food, but well cooked. Rooms are OK but not great, small and dull with fairly minimal facilities.

Room tip: Cheapest rooms are tiny, so go for the "Comfort" rooms
