Great hotel near Geneva. It is on the French side near the border. Located conveniently for CERN it is not ideal if you do not have a car or want to stay in Geneva itself. Good value, nice big apartments, free internet that actually worked. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. I would certainly recommend and stay again.

We wanted somewhere convenient near to Geneva airport before setting off on a skiing holiday & this place is a real gem. Quite difficult to find but once there it has everything you need & we loved the fact that it was so peaceful. Very close to large supermarkets so we could stock up with food for our trip or even eat in the room. The price was really good (only around 70 euros by booking well in advance directly with the hotel). For that we got a room for 4 with bedroom, bathroom & separate toilet, lounge with comfortable sofa bed & flat screen tv, kitchen (really well equipped) and small dining area. The standard of everything was excellent - spotlessly clean & well maintained & with small touches like chocolates on the pillow & slippers for everyone - what a bargain! Check-in staff friendly & helpful. Left early so didn't take breakfast. Would definitely stay there again. You get so much more for your money at this hotel - really excellent.

Room Tip: Oue room was on the first floor but there is a lift. All the rooms we saw were great - if you can, go for a room with a separate lounge - sop much more spacious.

this place is very well organized, clean and modern. Everything works. It is a it away from things but with a car, it's perfect. It is quiet and well managed !

Room Tip: all good. The building are small with jsut two floors and I do not think all the rooms are fine.

I booked several hotel rooms for my colleagues in this hotel from March 1st to 3rd. The outcome was quite disastrous, but not because of the hotel, which my colleagues described as nice, quiet and near Palexpo, where the Geneva Motorshow took place. Actually they would love to return to the hotel, was it not for the chaotic conditions at the reception. When they arrived, they were told that there was no booking for them, although my colleagues were able to produce the booking confirmation. They had to insist several times before the reception clerk started to look seriously for the reservation - and found it. Two of my colleagues had a prepaid booking. This was not accepted. They had to pay again to get the room keys. I have been in touch with the hotel ever since to claim the reimbursement of this unjustified charge. They keep telling me that they have not yet had time to check that.

While waiting for their room keys, my colleagues saw a guest returning from his room stating that it was already occupied. The next day the overbooking became worse. Several guests were waiting at reception to be relocated because of the non-availability of their rooms. One of my colleagues was sent to a rather bad hotel a 45 minutes drive away.

Such mismanagement and the complete lack of customer service are a real pity seeing that the hotel would be a real gem otherwise due to its briliant location close to Palexpo.
