This must be our sixth year here. Staff doesn't change much, which is always a good sign. Bea and her chef husband Phillipe really know how to run a welcoming and efficient hotel.
The rooms are comfortable and clean, with great bathrooms. This year, they have added scrambled eggs and bacon to their breakfast menu! The know how to look after their English guests!
Dinners are memorable - light and delicious with some great wines - and if you're a pudding person, then this is the place for you! you can choose four puddings from the trolley (we've never managed this!) and they are all great!
If you are doing a tour of the War Graves, then this is the place to stay. It's so lovely to return in the evening to an elegant dining room and attentive service. There is shaded parking for the car.More
