We visited this restaurant several years ago when it was Cote du Sud and it was super then, and it's just as super now. The food is innovative, beautifully presented and deelicious. We generally go on a Monday for lunch after visiting the local market. You must book if you want a table on a Monday as it is incredibly busy. On one ocassion I had Duck Carpaccio which was exquisite and so lovely to look at too. Service can be a bit slow, but they are delightful and efficient. A higher standard than many other restaurants in the Gers.
