Casa Blava is a great restaurant if you're into red meat and red wine - that's all I've ever had there so I can't comment on anything else on the menu. Well, that and some gin and tonics...
It's certainly not cheap, as others have similarly commented.
However, in the last year or 18 months, they've added a "chill-out" section below the restaurant and the waiting staff in the restaurant hassle you constantly to move there after you've finished your meal. 8 of us were there just a couple of nights ago and at least four of the waiting staff tried to get us to move there after dinner. We kept explaining that we just wanted to finish our drinks at the table before heading home, but they kept banging on about it.
We spent over 500€ between us, and had a great meal, but the evening ended on a bit of a sour note because of this obsession with moving us downstairs. I can only assume that the waiting staff can get off a bit early if they can move everyone downstairs. We actually got told at one point we only had, and I quote, "4 and a half minutes" to finish our drinks before we would have to move downstairs. This was before midnight, pretty early for dining in Spain, not 2am or something.
If the owner reads this, my friends and I really like eating at your restaurant, but please get the staff to back off on the damn chill-out thing - it's ruining the place.
