Well, what a lot of mixed reviews here, for what is a cheap hotel for the area with lots of amenities. On that basis, we tried it.

On arrival at this out of town hotel, we were surprised at the limited car park spaces available, so had to park in a non-designated spot.

We entered the modern lobby, with it's Mac Internet corner to be greeted by bi-lingual reception staff. It's an amazingly large 3 storey hotel with endless corridors. The room was fabulous: large bed with crisp Egyptian cotton sheets, microwave, fridge, coffee making, plasma TV, safe. Despite the spacious layout, wardrobe space was limited and surprisingly for a new build complex, the shower was over the bath.

The communal areas were sole less but very well presented, it is clearly a business hotel and gets a lot of trade from the adjoining conference centre; albeit some guests were clearly car driving Disney tourists which was an easy 5 minute drive away to the next motorway junction (if you don't have a car forget it).

TV does have only 2/3 English channels, but you are in France! WiFi works great and is free, so download something.

Large supermarket adjacent but nothing else, so we ate in the conference centre's Italian restaurant. Expensive and again sole less as the building design was just a tall concrete box; they had tried to enhance the vast space with black walls, low lighting and a raised perimeter podium but it didn't create an intimate dining environment. The food was however great and if you skip the starters, the price was tolerable.

Not wanting to drive, we used the ultra modern bowling alley upstairs post dinner. It was full despite it being 10:30 on a mid-week evening, so booking advised. Great fun in a friendly environment.

I would certainly return as the price paid represented excellent value for money for a 4 star environment, providing the location works and we had a car.

We booked the hotel in August 2012 as a secret hotel and then read the reviews and was concerned with the reviews we read. But we had a great time, lovley hotel, staff were pleasent and helpful, nice pool, 10mins from Disney and easy to drive to, room was first floor duplex and was cleaned every day, very happy.Yes people have moaned about the tv channels but who goes on hoilday and watches tv? The hotel is perfect base for visiting Disney but not much in the surrounding area todo otherwise.

Stayed here in the beginning if September 2012. Hotel is very easy to find it is close to the highway exit. La vallee village outlet center is two exits away and Disneyland is close as well. You can use RER to get to Paris easily. Hotel parking is free of charge. Parking is full but we were always able to find a free space.
Swimming pool is available free of charge. We saw it but have not used it because it closes too early.
We had two level room with small kitchenette, bathroom and living room with sofa, desk and TV downstairs and bed and wardrobe upstairs. Not really convenient as you have to carry up your suitcases to put your clothes into wardrobe.
More or less clean. Shower gel and shampoo were refilled just after our application to the reception. Towels are ok and changed every day.
It was extremely (!) stifling in the room. I suppose that they have no air conditioning there. Be careful if you decide to stay there in summer it could be horrible. The ceiling on the upper level of our room was not high and you fee really not comfortable with this dark stifling atmosphere.
Hotels blocks the whole amount of your stay plus 50 EUR extra one day before your arrival. 50 EUR are unblocked after your departure.
Breakfast is acceptable (for France): they offer cereals, one type of cheese, one type of ham, one type of apples, three types of juices and a s-t coffee. Breakfast room is full of children (seems all of them are attending Disneyland) and get their tricks started early in the morning.
All in all I can recommend this hotel especially is you are traveling with car. If it is high season in Paris (normally all seasons are high in Paris ;-)) you can save some costs staying here. Choice is not that bad.

This hotel is located about 45 mins from Paris, and 10 minutes by Train to Disney.

The day we checked in (around 5pm)...we was told that the room was still messy and had to wait around 30 minutes for them to get our room ready.

There's only 2 English speaking tv channels...Al Jazeera English..and BBC world News. (on a 26inch tv)

When you need a taxi..you have to wait 20 minutes.. And to take you to the local station (Bussy-St George) which is 2 minutes drive..they charge €15. Instead we used to walk back and forth throughout our stay.

You can't get a taxi from the station to the hotel...if you to ring in advance for someone to pick you up. If you arrive after 10pm..You have to walk as there's no taxi available to come out (even though it says 24 hour taxi)

We requested a Iron.. Had to wait 24 hours for use . (20€ deposit required beforehand)
Air con is not strong enough.

Hot water only lasts 20 mins before all water turns cold.. Only allowing 1 person to shower at a time. During our 4 days..only given 1 X 15ml shampoo, 1 x 15ml conditioner. This was never topped up on a daily basis.

One one occasion, on return to the room the house keeper decided to leave our room unlocked for upto 9 hours. Luckily nothing went missing.

For the clothes cupboard. 1/2 the space is taken up by a boiler. And only 3 Hangers.

The breakfast is very average. Providing just the basics, Baguette, Eggs, Sausage, and coffee and juice.

No kettle, Glass, cutley provided in each room.

On checkout..we politely asked if we can checkout slightly later as our train was departing at 6pm..than the scheduled 11am..we was told to leave by 11am.. As the hotel was fully booked. ( which is funny because we went off season and the hotel didn't look busy.)
