After arrival we had a little in incident in the room, we probably charged to much on the electricity and the current went out. I went to the reception and told the woman in charge. She told me she could not help me and had no other room. I told her there must be somebody to call in a situation like this. She told me she did not want to bother her Boss. I insisted and finaly she contacted her Boss that lived in a room next to the reception. He was very polite and said that would be no problem it was probably the fuse. That is was and 5 minutes later we had the electricity on again. In my work I have traveled all over the world for over 50 years and lived in all kind of hotels and I never had a situation where the hotel personel refused to help you. They say that the client is the King. We were well satisfied with the room and spent a good night. Situations like this should never have happend.
You should make the Lady in charge of the reception at that moment aware of this. I will not take this any further but it leaves me a little bit angry. I am a Gold Member in most of the big Hotel Groups.
