Used a good number of mattiott points. Well worth the points. Right on the beach. Beautiful views. Very large room with kitchen. Nice pools.

Don't expect to get any work done in this hotel, the internet is so terrible it takes ten minutes for a two minute youtube video to load. No only that they charge you for the spotty internet $10 a day! The TV in all three of the rooms my family rented could not get most of the channels on tv, HBO abc and fx among some other channels where all unwatchable. We called three days in a row and spoke to the IT guys but there was "nothing they could do" . This hotel should either give the internet for free or get a new service, it cost me an entire weeks worth of work and relaxation. They did refund us for the weeks worth charges of internet but i wish somebody had just come outright and told me to get my own wireless chip so that I wouldn't have had a weeks worth for frustration. Other than enjoying the beach and spa don't stay here expecting sufficient television or internet.

Just returned from a 7-night stay here last week and had a GREAT time. The hotel itself is fantastic, with beautiful grounds and a great beach. The pools are super nice and heated (!) and everything was clean and well-maintained. Our one-bedroom condo was one of the best hotel rooms I've stayed in. We had a full kitchen, living area, separate bedroom and master bathroom. The wrap-around balcony was fantastic.

The hotel staff could not have been more accommodating. We switched to a two-bedroom condo halfway into our trip to accommodate some friends who were playing in the golf tournament we were in FL for. Even without having previously made a reservation, the front desk was able to find availability for us AND apply the discounted corporate rate we were using. They were extremely efficient and responsive to our needs.

We dined at the Ocean Grille for breakfast almost every day, which for an upscale resort was surprisingly reasonable in price. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful. Thanks to Mohammed for making every morning a pleasure! The Nutella and Banana French Toast is to die for.

Everything was excellent and the only slight issue we had was promptly taken care of (valet took longer than usual one evening and they comped our entire valet charge for the trip). I'd highly recommend this hotel. It is upscale, without being pretentious, which can really ruin your trip. We saw everyone from families with small children to older couples on a relaxing getaway, and everything in between. This is a great resort and we'll certainly be back again.

Room Tip: Corner rooms have a fantastic balcony Rooms on the North side of the hotel face away from the const...

We just came back from a 3 days trip there. We traveled with our 19 month old twins. While the hotel is said to be family friendly, the lady at the restaurant downstairs which is the only one open for dinner tried to tell me there wasn't really a kids menu but later on, I came to find out from another server that there was one--she appeared to not want a group with kids eating there. There isn't really any restaurants walkable to the property so at dinner time you are either stuck ordering in, going to the market and making food or eating at the restaurant I described above. We didn't rent a car but suggest that you do if you stay here.
The rooms are very nice but the housekeeping is sub-par. Our room wasn't cleaned until 6PM after numerous phone calls requesting service and they kept telling us it's because it's a long weekend and they were swamped. Well I think hotels ought to know how to staff for busy weekends! Also don't expect an early check-in or later checkout even if you are an elite member. The supervisor there was very rude as well. Overall, nice property, pools are heated, nice beach but the service makes me never want to return there and after staying in Marriotts around the world, I'd say this hotel had the worst service I have ever experienced.

This was such a super surprise……SO much better than the website! We stayed for 2 nights and it was fabulous! The rooms gorgeous and spacious and the staff is over-the-top friendly…….genuinely friendly! Singer Island is beautiful and this hotel allows you to be right in the middle of it! From our room, we could see the beach AND the Intracoastal Waterway…….you can't beat that view!

Our room had a very nice kitchen and it was fully stocked with everything we needed as far as cooking goes. I'm a health nut so I will only use Stainless Steel pots and pans and I was nervous to open the cabinets to see what they had……to my surprise, it was all stainless and of good quality! My brother is a chef and he was able to come over and whip up a gourmet meal with the supplies we had in the kitchen! There's a nice Publix right across the bridge (only a couple miles away) and plenty of shops and stores in the area.

Our room had a very nice living room and 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom was very large and had a walk-in closet and another closet. The master bathroom was large and had plenty of space……nice shower and separate soaking tub……water closet…..even a set of scales. Laundry room off of the kitchen had washer and dryer. The other bedroom was large and had 2 beds…..the full bathroom was a great size and it was accessible from the bedroom or the kitchen/living area.

The property was gorgeous……loved that they had 2 separate pools…..one for adults and one for kiddos, complete with a nice water slide. Loved the fire piys and sofas outside….we enjoyed sitting around and talking at night. The bar was great and they went out of their way to make my Bloody Mary MY WAY!!! (with fresh basil and bell peppers) The valet staff was on top of things and always brought our car around quickly.

Our favorite thing was the fact that ALL staff members seemed to LOVE working there. There was a housekeeper that walked us all the way to the other side of the hotel, just to show us the water slide we had asked her about……and it was clear that she was happy to help.

Staying in a 2 bdrm 2 bath suite on 16th floor. Very nice accomodations, however, dirty! Hot tub filthy, pretzels, straws, and cups in the hot tub. Got an infection on calf (from hot tub) that was rapidly getting worse every hour. Went to the one minute clinic in the CVS pharmacy (great service if you need instant care) and was treated with an antibiotic for staph infection. I avoided the hot tub today! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is fresh and tasty. For the price and ammenities I would not recommend this property. Next time in Palm Beach I'll book at the Ritz.

Our friends selected this location for a destination wedding. MANY of us opted to join them for this great event - most of us travelling from New England. We selected a 2BR suite to share with another couple. Upon entering the suite, there is a large fully functional kitchen, a very welcoming living room with a sofa and 2 chairs, Bose system, tv, a wraparound deck, a laundry room with w&d, 2 large BR with King beds. The bathrooms were incredible - large, tub and separate/glass enclosed shower. The closets are elegant and include 2 bathrobes, a safe, wood lined shelves and drawers. The suite was very clean, well appointed. Though the weather precluded us from being outside for most of the weekend, the hotel accommodations were superb. We would return to this location! The one major issue we encountered - the winds were exceeding 20mph - this resulted in the metal railings of the exterior deck to rattle and cause loud, sleep interrupting noise...

Room Tip: If high winds are expected, you may want to request a room closer to the ground in order to avoid th...
