We live on the island and was anxious to try Fine. When we arrived we were given a choice of 2
Tables. The place was completely empty and a few patrons showed up later. We started out with
The beet salad with goat cheese. The beets were definely canned and the goat cheese on top had to be less than a 1/8th of a treason. We odrdered a bottle of Chardonnay which the waiter pick out
for us. We decided to split the veal francese. We were told there was a $ 7.50 sharing charge
But that included a extra salad. The waiter suggested Gorgonzola cheese with the salad. The
Salad arrived ad it was tiny with barely any visible signs of Gorgonzola plus a small piece of grilled
Bread the size of a quarter was placed on top of the salad. If you desire bread there is garlic bread on the menu. Bbreas is not offered, which is strange. The finesst restaraunts five you a basket of artisan bread. The veal was tender and the sauce perfectly executed.
We ordered tiramisu and it was fair since it was barely soaked in espresso .
The waiter and his partner were both gracious and attentive. The problem was you were presented with an I pad that the waiter held and you were forced to glance over and pay up while he stood in front of you. Very tacky. Would I go back, I doubt it there are a number of great Italian restaraunts
In Jupiter and The Gardens (Lemoncello). that offer great food and service.
There was another flaw but it was on the outside. There were a lot of strange, homeless people hanging out that must live at the Sands Hotel which is known to house homeless, and other people
With addictions. Which might explain why Fine has a waterfalls covering their windows.7
Was perfect.
The veal arrived and it was

Thank you for stopping by to try FINE. You sound like you work for, or are a loyal Lemoncello customer. We love loyalty too. We also love honesty.

We are sorry you formed your opinions in this manner. But we are glad you enjoyed our Veal. It is the best veal you can buy.

Did you see the Beets come out of the Can? You used the word "definitely". I will tell you that it was an impossibility because they are fresh and slow roasted, then peeled. Please bring me the can that you said it "definitely" came out of and we will reprimand anyone who brought canned beets into our establishment to serve to our guests.

As is the majority of the restaurants, there is a sharing charge. However, we at least give you an additional salad and an additional side of pasta to go with it. The salad we give you with your meal is FREE and it is in a regular sized bowl. Not a small one, not a large one. It is a compliment to your meal, not your meal. The Gorgonzola is portioned not to overpower the salad, but to be balanced, just as the dressing. Great food is all about balance and being able to taste everything in the dish, not just one overpowering item. As far as the bread...has anyone ever seen bread the size of a quarter? Not me, even a baguette is bigger than that.

As far as the bread, you should be aware that times are changing. There are more and more gluten free people and we do not waste bread when so many people are starving in this country. Our Garlic Bread is delicious, so we ask if you would like to start with that. If you say no, that's FINE. If you want regular bread, we will get you some. But we at FINE do not believe in waste or tempting bread on those who wish to be gluten free or trying their best to maintain a no carb diet.

Our Ipad Service Is Loved by the majority as they realize technology is changing rapidly. If anyone doesn't want to check out on the ipad, they just ask for a manual receipt, it's easily printed.

As far as the homeless people, really? Singer Island has been making major improvements and to do cleanup in the area. I guess you could say the same about any other business on the island then. We are totally safe and patrolled. Have you not seen all of the Palm Trees they planted? How about all of the work we put into the restaurant and area to make it a better place? Are you not for moving forward and making improvements, or would you like to try to knock a business and a city who are bringing tourism to this county.

By the way, we have a waterfall window because we are on an island and it adds to the theme of the restaurant. We have nothing to hide. (Anyone can check out our photos on here) Best of Luck to you Karen.

Service amateur and slow. Warm tap water served from fancy blue bottle into wine glass w/o ice cubes. Meals served haphazardly without utensils. Sauces promoted with appetizers never appeared. Half dollar size bread slices heavily salted and grill toasted served cold without butter, olive oil, or Parmesan cheese requested twice and never served. Surrounding tables complained about up charges for goat cheese sprinkles and angel hair pasta. Food fair but served warm. Soda served from 8 oz Coke bottle. Refills extra. Caesar salad 1.25 more not available. Salad dressing on the side had to e requested three times. We will not return nor promote.

This is a new restaurant and it is small (10 tables) and the location doesn't have the best views, BUT the food is very fresh and excellent. It tastes home made and were the best Meatballs I've ever had in any restaurant. On.y beer and wine is served. The pricing is reasonable and we will definitely return. My wife had the chicken Marsala which was also excellent. A definite restaurant to try and we will be back soon.

The service was great. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The caprese salad, garlic bread and mixed green salad were all very fresh and fabulous. All of our meals were very good and a perfect portion size. We even brought home leftovers. We would definitely recommend this restaurant and go back again. Great Meal and experience

This small casual eatery on Singer Island Florida surprised us with its attentive service and excellent Italian cuisine. Ingredients were quite fresh, the hot dishes were hot, and the service was attentive and pleasant, but not overbearing. It was a good value for the money paid and they even added extra marinara sauce to our leftover pasta. A nice touch!
