i do not love this kind of lodgeing, but customer did reservation without knowledgement. Basicaly is a budget hotel located not far from milano fiera site, not so easy to be reached cause trafic and complicated local circulation. Room just beded and poor fournishement, poorly heated in a cold night. I stay just one day then prefered to move.
Pretty good breakfast.

Very nice hotel with all the options one might ask for during a business trip.
Rooms are specious, bed is confortable and linen makes you wish the alarm clock never start ringing :)
Staff is amazingly polite, all of them with a big smile on the face which makes your stay even more plesent.
Breakfast is excellent and private parking on the spot is making life easier after a lot od km. :)
Very nice hotel. Hope to be back soon.

Arrived late after flight delay and could not get in to our hotel. Searched around and found this little gem just after midnight.

The concierge could not have been more helpful, even offering to make me hot tea for a sore throat.

Room was immaculate

Next morning breakfast was served with a big cheery smile and a real desire to please.

Check out was also a good experience with the desk clerk going out of his way to make sure everything was ok.

I wouldn't spend an entire holiday here but I would definitely recommend for an overnight if arriving late to Malpensa

Room Tip: I can't really see how they will be any different, ours was great and well fit for purpose

We were in Milan for 6 days attending the bi-annual Expo held in Rho Fierra. There must be many hundreds if not thousands of places to stay nearer to the Expo and easier to get to it. A cab from Malpensa Airport costs €65 (cash no credit cards) and the hotel is near nowhere. To get to Rho Fierra it was a 25 - 30 minute walk alongside roads, some without paths, to reach Parabiaggo railway station. There is a bus stop 10 - 15 minutes away but with another 15 minute walk at the other end. The first day the wifi worked well in our room but after that it worked everywhere except our room. We arrived one morning 25 minutes before the end of published breakfast time to be told "it is closed". When we pointed to the printed time we were turned away being told "eet changes". The morning we left we booked a cab to the airport at reception for 7.30 am and breakfast for 7 am. When went arrived at 7 the same person told us breakfast didn't start 'til 7.30 am on Sundays, that meant two days without breakfast. To be fair to the Manager he did give us a short black coffee and biscuit the first time, but it was a disappointment. The hotel itself has small, basic rooms but is modern, clean and no more than 3 stars.

Dear Guest,
Let me say that it would be useful for us to understand of wich event are you talking about.
Our hotel is called Expo as it was built on the occasion of EXPO 2015, held in Milan.
For sure there are many other hotel to stay close by the fairground. There is one straight in front. Then it’s just a matter of availability and prices…
Unfortunately, the price of the taxi is something we can not do anything.
The hotel is near to many things and places. It's just a matter of where a person comes from and where this person needs to go.
Thanks to web and maps today is quite easy to check the position of a location and the transportation net of a specific area. Also in our website there are indications to reach us from any direction and by any kind of transportation.
The wifi cover the 100% of the hotel and the quality is appreciated by our guests
It's a little bit strange that it could work for the whole hotel except for one room
Concerning the morning breakfast absolutely I do not want to be right by force
but I find a bit strange that you have been told "it's closed"
Especially during fairs and events we use to increase our staff at breakfast.
In any case time schedule of all our services, including breakfast, are clearly written by the reception, lifts and room. The size of our rooms, features, and services often exceed the standard for a 3 star hotel.
However I’m sorry if you have not appreciated our hotel in total.
Thanks for your opinion and best regards
