This property is very spacious and well planned out, the beds were extremely comfortable with luxurious bedding (you would need to mention in advance if you're allergic to feathers). The owners live next door, and are very friendly and helpful. They were very kind in allowing our children to play in part of their garden on the climbing frame and slide. There are two pubs nearby, and it's a short drive to a local or main supermarket. The immediate area is peaceful and quiet. A lovely touch on arrival were the flowers, wine and pint of milk.
Just two minor issues that could improve the place, the main bedroom could maybe do with a blind on the other two skylights, and the latches on the internal doors are not ideal, they are out of reach for small children and can catch them out!
Staying for a week in Coach House with older parents, and accommodation is exactly as described and expected. The owners are on the premises and are very friendly and helpful.the area is central to so many areas it's fabulous .Wish we could stay longer.
A last minute booking and we thought ourselves lucky to find anything in the area turned into quite a find. The barn was recently converted with exposed beams and a wealth of character. Two bedrooms up stairs with private baths, modern kitchen downstairs, central heating coming on early morning and then in the evening. Washing machine, dryer and all day to day amenities. Lisa and Nick were there to greet us and live next door. Within a 100 yards there is the Defford Arms a delightful country pub, ideal to mix with the locals and for good pub fare in the evenings. Close to Pershore, Worcester and the Cotswolds a good rural location at very competitive rates.
