It is also available the "Cups" reserved dining room for group dinners. The culinary offer A healthy cuisine, cared for, and based on the availability of fresh seasonal products, offering the most delicious recipes of the local, regional and Italian cuisine. Authenticity, creativity and a meticulous selection of raw materials are our strengths for the composition of the menu. Upon reservation we organize "Theme dinners" characterized by the great classics of the Alpine tradition: Raclette, Fondue, Bouguignonne, Chinoise, Pierrade and our Piedmontese Bagna Cauda. Lunch "Menu of the Skiers" The specialties that can be enjoyed have been researched and selected to provide the best quality of Valsesia, Valtellina and Alpine mountain cuisine. The a la carte menu offers a wide selection of appetizers, hearty first courses, succulent second courses and tasty homemade cakes, to enjoy a refreshing but at the same time fast meal. Also available is a special menu for children. Upon booking you can organize lunches for small and large groups to delight ski races, snow days, business meetings, events and gatherings. Dinner "Menu della Casa" What could be better after a pleasant day outdoors, a lavish dinner and a nice bottle of wine with friends? For the people of the mountains, this is the main meal of the day, to savor and enjoy by taking the right amount of time to be able to appreciate the conviviality. The secret of our kitchen: a different menu every day, use of fresh and high quality ingredients and food preparation at the moment. Our Cellar The tradition and the family passion for oenology are the secret behind our cellar. A thorough search in order to select those that are the wines that fascinate us more. The philosophy is to learn match the flavors of our cuisine to the most suitable wines from all regions of Italy, especially emphasizing the excellent local wines.

As soon as we met roberto, the Italian national downhill skier who runs the hotel with his wife, we knew we were in for a good night. We were walking in mera during the day and booked for dinner that night. The children really wanted cheese fondue (it was the height of summer) so we all had bresaola from bormio prepared like a carpaccio with lemon juice and olive oil. What a winner. Followed that with the Italian version of cheese fondue, cheese and milk (I had potatoes instead of bread) washed down a bottle of good white wine. I would also thoroughly recommend the ice cream with local blueberries. Absolutely delicious, but of course with roberto you have to have a digestive which was much fun. Thank you for a great evening. We will be back in the winter for a ski.

I almost forgot to mention the views are probably the best I've ever seen anywhere!

As a young family, we were catered for so well and looked after impeccably by the Confortola family and the hotel staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The children in our party ate well and were provided with a suitable selection of child friendly meals served at an earlier sitting. Each evening we were presented with a menu sampling local produce and also catering for the vegetarians in the group. The portions were generous and the food delicious. Breakfast and lunch also met our needs accordingly, again catering we for young children. Overall a great experience.
