We stopped at restaurant Pavus at Grad Tabor Castle during a hiking trip. We had lunch and drinks on the terras with an amazing view on the nearby mountains and the valley. We were surprised by the creativity of the dishes. Especially the entrees and desserts are creative and surprising compositions with delicately combined flavours and textures (frozen foie gras, wasabi ice cream, walnut panna cotta, ...). We sat on the terras which is the inner court of the castle. We had such a good time that we returned twice during our stay in Lasko. This restaurant brings very good value for money. The service was perfect.
