I dont recommend this hotel... The air conditioning is not working... 26-27 or even 28 degrees C in the room. No need to complain at the reception, because they wont do anything. Staff at the reception is friendly only on check in and at check out when you pay... They dont really want to help you, it is not in their interest to repair the AC. WIFI is not working either. The bathroom could be cleaner...
Dont go to this hotel, there are better hotels for the same price in Croatia.

Room tip: Choose another hotel!

We're here and it's the second day without air conditioning...sleeping is a nightmare. The food is nothing but average and not so much choice. No wifi in the room (a so called superior quality room) And one of the worst thing: imagine that you are on a beautiful corner the swimming pool in front of the sea, hear the waves, relax in front of the sea, take a bath in the cristalline water......and you have the constant terrible sound of crap pop music. Endless crap unz unz unz, like the cheapest of places, all day long, not a single minute of rest...and there is nowere to go since this spot is pretty much in the middle of nowhere..... Terrible, really terrible. Stay away.

All a man needs in life is A/C and wifi that just works and this place has neither. Upon arriving in 40 degree (Celsius) heat we found that the air conditioner, though set to a frosty 15 degrees had absolutely no effect, I was forced to sleep in a puddle of my own sweat, next to my male colleague because there were no twin rooms left (which we had requested and confirmed upon booking). The wifi simply didn't work anyway other than the lobby.

This place is great for a holiday destination and in a really beautiful spot - the food is surprisingly top knotch for a beach side resort and there is a good vibe all round.

The are several pros that make Luna Island hotel a unique place to fully enjoy your holidays and forget about the rest of the world.
First of all it is its location on a stone cape at the end of an island with beautiful views, private beach, small pool with sea water and charmful bar in a mini garden.
Inner pool and especially saunas are move the scale up.
Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean with a TV, mini bar and spacious bathroom. The AC is not very efficient so it's better to put courtins on.
Easy to access parking hotel is available with additional extra paid spaces.
So far so pleased.
When it comes to food this where first disappointed starts - although selection both for breakfast and dinners is wide, the food served is on a quite level, usually Luke warm and with a availability gaps. You,d better choose breakfast option only and try bistro in the neighborhood marina.
When it comes to anything you want to ask for additional you have to be patien - whether it is about changing money you plan to spend in their game room or waiting until they find your passport (sic!) it takes half an hour.
Overall very good potential, joyful holiday rest nevertheless mentioned issues but still a bit to learn for management to deserve declared four stars.
